Now I have enjoyed spending some time at the Cellar part of 3 layers. This place is so cool the artwork on the walls is from a guy that was at 0ne Spark. He’s a pencil artist that is really good. Photograph good. This whole place is just neat with the old wooden beams still in place and all well maintained. This place is a wine bar but is connected to a bakery/eatery. Heck I might have to start liking wine again.

Frank Schaeffer said, «A village cannot reorganize village life to suit the village idiot» or, in the case of Springfield, the village hookers and crackheads. The guys that opened Three Layers got the message. They’re reorganizing village life to suit an evolving village of artists, musicians and historic architecture enthusiasts. Not to be confused with«Three Layers, A Coffee House,» «The Cellar at Three Layers» is a wine bar at the same address. The wine list is brief, but well selected. Converted from what was once a residential home, it still has a warm, intimate feel. They also host events, openings for new art installations and live music.
