Some of the sales Associates can be kind of pushy but you can get a good idea of what you are looking for overall because they have several selections of mattresses. They have soft, pillow top, tempurpedic, knock off tempurpedic, sleep number etc. Everything is color coated and the best suggestion is to start laying on mattresses in your normal sleep position. Sales associates will explain what makes each mattress different and ask you what you like or don’t like about each one to make a suggestion for which one you should try following the one you are currently laying on. I was excited to try the sleep number bed but I think it was broken or not plugged in because nothing happened when I tried playing with the remote, oh well.

Very happy with our mattress!
Not so happy with the customer service. Robert was very knowledgable and helpful but a little too insistent that we shouldn’t waste our time anywhere else. Even though we were pretty sure we would buy there after one visit, we still wanted to comparison shop a little just to comfort ourselves! When we returned, we felt ridiculed for coming back. Also, the salesman that handled our transaction was not good. I hope a manager reads this and gives him a basic course on sales. He argued with my husband and was condescending. It felt like we were at a used car sales lot. We also said we wouldn’t be around on Sunday but still got a call Sunday morning for delivery.
So overall, happy with the product but the buying experience was a little uncomfortable.

I love that this store is ALWAYS having some sort of sale! Lincoln’s cousin’s birthday and this mattress shop has some sort of major blow out! Thank goodness because good quality bedding is EXPENSIVE in my humble opinion.
This store has great service people who don’t mind you plopping and hopping on the mattresses to try them out… in fact they encourage this activity! We purchased a King sized Sealy here and got several hundred dollars off the listed price on the mattress we truly wanted! Whoo hoo! We also purchased a small toddler mattress at this location before as well.
We have never had a bad customer experience here and as a result I recommend this location highly.
