I travel past Home Depot on beaches to come to this store. The New store general manager, James is always present and attentive with customers. I have 7 rental properties and spend a lot time there :) I find the advice and friendliness of this particular store to be excellent. James And his staff get it right. Best place to go in Jax for great customer service in him repair.

I do not recommend coming to this establishment for it is not very bright the employee showed aggression to my father and i which seems extremely difficult to provide a good review for them at the key department i asked if i could have a key made for my nissan (which has a chip inside) But the worker was very mad and clenched his fist so i left the store with dissappointment

I stopped in today for some stuff for work. They were on the right side of the road. They have stuff for work and if they don’t they are always close to their competitor. I still find myself wondering why Lowe’s and Home Depot dang near share a parking lot. To me I would want to be out by my self and bring in all the business in the area. But, maybe that why I’m shopping here and not sitting back counting up all the money.

They have a lot of nice things to decorate and refurbish your home. Love the garden area and all of the nice selections they have on outdoor plants and indoor. Overall the employees are very nice and very helpful.

It’s just like every other Lowe’s you can go to. Well stocked and well laid out. Just sometimes they don’t have enough cashiers

What the hell happen to Lowes???
They have apparently cut back which irrates ME as a long, long time patron of the store! Not HD, but Lowes!
Went there today to check out their bathroom vanities and countertops. Found a good selection, BUT there were no samples to take home for various countertops. Got frustrated, went to the kitchen dept and found the same thing! In fact, the display countertop I fell in love with was DISCONTINUED! Then why was it still prominently on display? answer «no employees to dismantle it» WHHAATTTTT!!!
The employee there told us that they got rid of the sample salesmen a long time ago, so their are no samples, due to cut backs. Cut backs, cut backs!!! But they still want patrons to come in and BUY their stuff (what little they have) I now will check out HD!!!
They are not the least bit concerned about their customers, and sales, I show NO allegiance to them!

I can never decide if I like Lowe’s or Home Depot better but as of late is seems that Lowe’s is edging out Home Depot. They are both essentially the same store who stock the same goods, but Lowe’s layout seems better and more natural than HD. Service varies from store to store but this store seems to have a pretty good staff.
