Limo smelled and had reminisce of vomit stains. Just talking to the owner was hard enough I should have quit while I was ahead. Very unprofessional services definitely wouldn’t use their services again.

This company sucks, BIG TIME. The owner will not pay his drivers for their services. He lies and says that the driver gets the tips, yet he keeps them for himself. David, your company can be a whole lot better if you didn’t run it out the back patio. You have no organizational skills, and continue to miss people’s request. Get it together, and don’t forget to keep your word (Pay your drivers). You are a direct reflection of most all the Limo Companies in the Jacksonville area, and what a shame you bring to the industry.

The owner’s work and moral ethic are undoubtedly poor beyond explanation. As a supporter of small businesses, I boldy state I would not fathom giving this company a penny of my hard-​earned money. Lack of structure, follow through and sheer proper interpersonal communication skills are just the tip of the iceberg. Providing services in a professional, timely manner is non-​existent. Take your business, trust and hard earned money somewhere else. It’s only a matter of time before L & L gets reported to the BBB.
