Blackhat Electronic Cigarettes

Super impressed. My boyfriend and I are on vacation in Florida and we were looking for a really good vape shop. Couldn’t find any good ones while we were still in St Augustine and decided to try a few in Jacksonville on the way home. This is the one.
The house juice flavors are amazing. Usually I am unimpressed by house juices but theirs taste like premium liquid. Black Granite was my favorite. It’s really unique. The girl who helped us was awesome. And the shop is really cool physically too. They have so much different juice and I was really impressed with the selection. There really is something for everyone. Not too many dessert flavors which I was happy about. Which also means that the store doesn’t smell like rotten birthday cake!
Another awesome thing is their testers. They do have the cheap pen-​type tanks for testing but they also have regular tanks that fit on a mod. Flavors never taste the same in crappy Aspire tanks as they do when you get home so I was really happy to see they had two different forms of testers. This may not be a big deal to some but it is to me :)
Oh and they have their house juice online. My boyfriend and I each got a 30ml of Black Granite and as soon as we put it in our tanks we were already sad about running out of it eventually because we live in Georgia. But I was ecstatic when I saw it online. I wish they would stock the 120ml online though!

I was in Jacksonville visiting. I had a problem with my current Vape. I was referred to Black Hat by a local smoke shop in Jacksonville. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, patient and friendly. They repaired my device and I was on your way. Some of our friends were interested in a Vape device and we went back a couple of days later and purchased two complete devices from one of their employees named Tyler. I traveled back to Vegas and a week later I started having issues with my Kbox Mini. After calling and discussing the issue Andrew he asked if I would be willing to ship the Kbox back; I replied yes. He said he would take care of the problem and compensate me for the trouble. I mentioned that that wasn’t necessary but… he DID and! Black Hat Vapor Shop went above and beyond for their customer. The team at Black Hat are AMAZING! Andrew went out of his way to ensure I as a customer was satisfied. I can’t say enough about the kindness and experience I had. They could have easily sent me on my way or even told me to go to the manufacturer, but they didn’t. I sent the device to them, they called when it arrived within that same day shipped a NEW replacement with extras! I only WISH I could find that kind of customer service here in Las Vegas.

It really doesn’t get better than this! As the other reviewers have said, Blackhat is a 5 STAR establishment. I was on my way to my folks house & decided to stop by as I had been meaning to do so for awhile. I love that this store is located in Murray Hill and so close to my home. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately by members of their staff who showed me many, many options – NEVER pushy, were super knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. And when I say patient, I mean unflappable and accommodating to my needs.
Having worked in retail for over 20 years, I have to commend this crew for knowing how to treat their existing and potential customers. I have not felt as comfortable and willing to buy in a retail store as with the experience I had today. Respectful, polite, well mannered, well spoken, mannerly, gracious, obliging, considerate, pleasant, cordial and civilized – that is the type of workers they have in this store.
I started out with a nice male sales person, then ultimately Mia stepped in and worked with me after she helped me decide on the best E-​Cig offered based on my needs. I decided to purchase a set that (altogether with case, chargers, flavors, refills and all I needed) cost just under $ 60 including tax! In addition, everyone in the entire store (including customers) seemed genuinely happy to help you. This is a fun store to visit and with such a great first experience, I know I will be back to get more «juice.»
FYI: Mia informed me that they just opened one up @ the Beaches – so for those who live out there… check it out! :)

Absolutely superb establishment the staff is very friendly and knowledgable about the equipment and liquid they provide. They test equipment before they provide them to the general public for sale so you know you’re getting a quality product. If there is ever a problem with their equipment the staff can first hand diagnose and resolve your issues in minutes or replace your hardware given it isn’t damaged from misuse or within their 3 month warranty period.
Cheapest providers of ecig and eliquid in Jacksonville they price match with online prices and they make their eliquid in house. They always seem to have a special going on. As of this moment they have a sale on their large bottles of MOBX flavors and REX liquids.
If you’ve been burned by terrible experiences elsewhere give this place a shot and they’ll set you out the door with a smile on your face. If not shop around first and see first hand why this place is my favorite by far.

I have tried and visited several vapor shops here in Jacksonville and several different cities in Texas. Blackhat is by far the best. They hand the best prices, customer service, and best products around. If you want to feel more than just another face then this is the place!

Great local shop. Don’t buy your e cigs anywhere else unless you want to waste your money. Excellent prices and products.

Found this place on Unilocal,very easy to find good location. When I walked into the store I noticed that the store was very clean and organized and that there was a very laid-​back and peaceful vibe. The associate gave me a minute to browse and then came up to me to assist. All the employees were extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me as I asked a hundred questions. He didn’t try to ‘sell’ me on any one item but actually took the time to explain them all to me. The prices were very reasonable and the overall the buying experience was very joyful!!! A+ 100% to these guys!

The shop is very clean, slick, and modern. A very laid back atmosphere with a great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are the best in town and the staffs product knowledge is sure to satisfy anyone’s curiosity. Don’t expect to get bamboozled by a pushy sale staff, and rest assured even if you change your mind 5 times before you finally commit to something they will be very patient with you. I recommend this place to all my friends, and hope to see them around for a long time.
