I’ve been going to the office a little over a year now. Professional, very business oriented. If you are looking for a provider that gives you the warm and fuzzies, this isn’t your place(and that’s fine with me). Also, he won’t talk to you at all about anything unless it is specifically laid out in the referral. That’s also fine with me, I understand this is how he makes his money. Just be sure to be clear with your PCM about what you want to see him for. Dr Abraham is very straight forward and direct. He gets in and out of the room ASAP. Definitely on the 15 minute max per patient model. Even with that being said my care has been great. He has removed several spots from my face… no scar. Also a place on my arm, which I think may scar, but I don’t really care because it is my arm. The only feedback I would have for the office, would be the front office staff. Sometimes they can come across as snotty or condescending. I had an issue with them receiving my referral and they basically told me it was my issue, which I suppose it is, but no need for the attitude. I left several voicemails regarding the issue and they were not returned… ever. My PCM finally called them and they were also snotty to her too! After calling them she came back in the room and asked if I would rather see a different Derm because of how they treated her… and she was clear she was another care provider when calling. I went back after that and my actual care was fine in person.
