SETS, Shore Elite Training Studio is AWESOME!!! Anthony (Owner) has established himself as the go-​to program if your already an elite athlete or a couch potato looking to change for the better. Every workout is carefully planned and you never do the same workout twice. No such thing as boredom at Sets. Anthony & Mairon (lead trainer) have a contagious passion for fitness and get as excited for your accomplishments as you do. I’ve been a member for 6 months, lost over 4% body fat and am in the best shape of my life (51 years). The bootcamp atmosphere is awesome, everybody feeds off one another and it really is a family atmosphere. No judging, no stares, just all ages, shapes and sizes working up a sweat, and doing it with a smile.

Best place to get the results you want! Anthony helped me go from a size 14 to a size 2… He also helped my husband go from 220 to 165 lbs. Seriously a life changer. It’s always different and no matter what your fitness level is they will kick your butt! Love them! You have to try it to really see what the big deal is and it is a HUGE DEAL! Love you guys!
