To be honest, most, not all but most of the dealers do not know much about the cars they are selling. This dealership is not what it used to be. The performance after they sell you a vehicle is some of the poorest I have seen so far in my life. Organization is none existent except for one of the service advisors, John. Your appointment may start on time or it may not. That’s just the attitude of this place. I always have my services done on time. But that doesn’t mean that the technician is going to service your car. I had a service B done, I told them my car was running loud, they said they would check on it. I got the car back and it was still loud, they said it would go away but they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. While in south MS2 days later the car broke down. I took it in to Mercedes Benz of South Mississippi and they diagnosed $ 3400 worth of problems that they are not sure why the clowns in Jackson didn’t catch. I’m talking about internal motor problems. Did I mention that they sold me a car with a old battery in it. Most people put up with this place because of time or they are afraid of change. But after seeing how Mercedes of South Mississippi and Houston Greenway operates, I promised myself not to even buy a key chain from Mercedes of Jackson(Higginbotham). I’m not hard to get along with I just refuse to be used and to have my intelligence insulted.
