It’s just OK nothing to write home about. We have been buying our pizza here for a couple of years now. I met the owner and he’s a nice guy so I feel obliged. The pizza can use a little more cheese most of the times. It’s best to pick up if you can. The delivery takes an hour even if it’s three for four blocks. Never had a rude delivery person. They are always very nice. The guy that takes the order most of the times is a bit strange. He will leave you on hold forever. I started to take it personal like I was bothering him. LOL! In person – he’s very nice. «Strange». Overall, the pizza is ok. No other pizza in this vicinity is better so we continue to order from here.

Worst service ever. I’ve repeatedly been left waiting well over an hour during non-peak hours to have a pizza delivered three blocks away. Tonight, I placed my last ever order with this place. I ordered a pizza at 6:50 pm on a Monday and called at 8 pm to see what the hold up was this time. When I called, the man said they did not have my order. When I asked to speak to the manager, the guy implied I would not get my food if I insisted on speaking to the manager. When I asked him for his name, he refused to tell me. Avoid this place at all costs. What was once a decent neighborhood pizzeria has devolved to a nightmare.

I like this place a lot. It’s not the best pizza in the world but it definitely is good. When it comes to Jackson Heights, it’s definitely the best pizza place in the neighborhood. Every time I have gotten pizza from here I have not been disappointed. I am not sure about their delivery as I’ve always done carry out. Give this place a try. It’s pretty good!

This is my local pizzeria so I come here all the time. They sell very standard solid pizza here. It won’t knock your socks off, but it will satisfy your pizza cravings. Their Sicilian slice is pretty bomb and their chicken rolls are pretty good too, but it’s all about the plain slice for me. It’s not bad, but I’ve definitely had better plain slices at other places. The interior is a nice little pizzeria that can comfortably seat you and your friends and the serves get you your pizza quick. I think this place is a nice convenient place to satisfy all of your pizza cravings.

Found this place by chance on Google. Ordered a cheesesteak for delivery. They took over an hour to deliver the food and they made my cheesesteak wrong. By the time my order finally got here, the fries(which were pretty much tasteless) were cold as well. This place is way over-priced for the quality of food they provide. Very disappointed.

The slices are super thin and have almost no cheese or crust. Taste is ok. Service is horrible, the guy taking my order ignored me for ten minutes to turn on the soccer game and refused to make me a Sicilian slice.

The pizza isn’t disappointing when your eating there or picking it up. Ive been eating here since i was young. Just don’t order delivery the service is terrible if they don’t mess up your order it still takes them an hour to show up.

I ordered food through grubhub, it took over an hour 15 mins to receive. I ordered a calzone, a Caesar salad and a Caesar salad wrap. It should not take that long to prepare these items. Every time I called to inquire about the order, I was put on hold(they put the phone down) as they tried to figure out what was going on with the order. It felt as though they forgot to make it. Truly unbelievable, and unacceptable. Never again!

TERRIBLE!!! I was given a cold slice of pizza and when I asked to have it reheated the older man at the counter rolled his eyes. He was extremely rude and appeared irritated. I didn’t expect to receive a 5 star treatment at a local pizza shop however employees like him will give an establishment a bad name. I don’t recommend this place— overall the customer service sucks and you can get better tasting pizza in the frozen aisle of the supermarket.

The pizza was ok but the guy working there had a horrible attitude. He was trying to charge me xtra for a bottle of water that purchased outside and was staring the whole time. I felt very uncomfortable. I’m not coming back!

Ordered delivery through seemless, an hour and a half later on a Sunday the food was delivered. They sent us a plain pie when we ordered a lasagna pie. They would only refund the difference or make us wait two hours for a new pie. We will never order from Giannis again, it’s a shame because the pizza isn’t terrible compared to others in the area.

I’ve had some real good pizza in my life especially since I grew up in Bensonhurst Brooklyn. This is not up there among the greats. In Queens the gold standard is Brothers Pizza on LIE service road eastbound between 185 and 186 street. I’ve had the Sicilian here and the penne a la vodka slices here. Both are good, but not great. Prices are reasonable, and staff is friendly. I’ve never ordered delivery from them since I live two blocks away. Good joint for the neighborhood. Not great, but does the job. Worth a shot.

The pizza here is decent compared to the place down the street from my house. However they are super slow for delivery and they never pack condiments even if you ask for it. Also i would not recommend the buffalo wings. It is blackened and doesnt even look edible.

This place is TERRIBLE. Whoever is saying they have good pizza has no taste and should go back to the midwest or wherever they learned what bad pizza tastes like. Delivery takes forever and arrives completely cold.

To be fair, I completely forgot that I tried this place last year, and wrote a review(this is what happens when you drink too much, Christopher…). So I tried them again, this time for a special calzone, pasta with spinach, penne alla vodka with chicken, pasta bolognese, and pasta with pesto. They’ve improved. The calzone was solid, and of the area options I researched, they had the most options for add-ins. Pasta with spinach? Eh. Frozen spinach. A bit bland, but hearty, and nothing a little seasoning didn’t help. Vodka pasta? Doable. Big portion, nice balance of sauce, protein, and starch. Probably frozen chicken. And needed a little garlic to help it out. But decent. Pasta bolognese was really nice, though didn’t come with the peas as advertised. Pasta pesto was really awesome. I was a bit thrown off when there were tons of sun-dried tomatoes up in that joint… but it all worked, and was the pasta star. Lunch for a week, arrived on time this time, and, when I’m in the mood for a calzone, I might just order again!

I’ve never liked Gianni’s pizza. It’s not very flavorful, if you get them by the slice it’s not crispy, just thin. Also they’re a bit small. There are better options in the area. Gianni’s pizza is somewhat like dollar pizza. Only it’s not a $ 1, but if it were Id still only give it 3 stars max. L’s nephew used to pick up a couple of buffalo chicken slices all the time out of convenience. It didn’t look appetizing!

I placed my order through the seamless app. I called after 60 minutes and was told it was on its way. Another 30 minutes pass and I call again to be told by a completely different person answering the phone, «it is on its way now; give it like five minutes. «I told the second person who answered I had been given that information 30 minutes prior. He either did not listen to me or did not care! I tend to be very lenient with delivery times since I used to work as a delivery person, but this is truly unacceptable to me. There is no excuse for telling me one thing then telling me the same thing 30 minutes later. After a full hour and 45mins, the delivery showed up… just now. I think an owner was the one delivering. He was very apologetic and said a cook and two others did not show up today, w/o reason. He apologized again saying the shop was really in the weeds today and he appreciated my patience. I might have thought he was being dismissive and placating, but he did the honorable thing by: A) doing deliveries himself to cover B) being apologetic & offering an explanation C) making sure I knew he had called seamless already himself(!) to have the cost of my order fully refunded for the massive delay D) being very honest/sincere about the whole shop being off today and not BS-ing about it and throwing a particular person under the bus. If it was an owner who delivered today, brava sir. As I said at my door, I’ve spent many years in food service and I know it can sometimes hit the fan w/o warning. I also still appreciate the forethought of calling to have my bill refunded. That was a step which earns you my continued willingness to dine with you.
