Northampton Heating and Air Conditioning

Northampton HVAC installed a high efficiency heater/​air conditioner in my home a few years ago. The service and installation were excellent, and they have continued to provide me with excellent service the few years since the installation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Professional and reliable HVAC service. Bill Preno, owner, was courteous, prompt and extremely reasonably priced. We had a strange issue where our the control board on our unit went haywire and was blowing out hot air instead of cold. Bill came out 2 – 3 times to diagnose the problem and try various solutions. He did not charge us until the problem was resolved. He has won our trust for sure!

We had a major issue with our air conditioning and heating air being distributed incorrectly. We had no idea what the problem was. No matter what we did, the heating never warmed up the top floor and the air conditioning would not cool the upstairs. Northampton Air Conditioning and Heating came to our rescue! The repairman immediately found the two problems that were restricting air flow for our entire top floor. The repairman didn’t stop there. He serviced the entire system, walked us through maintenance that we had not known we had to do and he even gave us some excellent suggestion on how to make our house much more energy efficient. He climbed up into our attic and offered ideas on how to fix our insulation cheaply and he topped off our Freon levels. The repairman was a top notch professional, polite and sincere. I have to have my thermostat moved because whoever installed it when they put in the system, they installed in by the front door. I am going to have him come back out and do that for me as well. He did all this at a extremely reasonable rate. Highly Recommend!!! Five Star Service At It’s Best!!!
