The Pack ‘n Ship Store

I was sending off an application that I had been working on for quite some time and was pretty high-​strung from the stress of it. The employees were so understanding and patient and spent over 25 minutes making sure that I felt comfortable and confident that it would arrive as safely and quickly as possible (which it did). Joanne (the owner) talks about how she recognizes that the items that her customers bring in are «not just „things“, but very meaningful items that [are] a significant part of their lives» and that in turn she feels that she has a «responsibility for the security of a family heirloom, the product of long hours of work, or carefully chosen gift.» I definitely felt this as a customer and it made a world of difference.

Great office store. Bought shipping materials and had a large amount of documents scanned in a very short amount of time. It got turned around as quick as I can remember and was much cheaper than other larger chain stores. Will definitely use again next time I am in Ithaca.
