Vasectomy Center – Issaquah

As a counterpoint to the bad review, I had a great experience here. At least as great as you can have while getting your balls snipped, haha! Showed up 10 minutes before the operation. Watched a little TV on the flatscreen. I don’t know what kind of expectation of privacy you’d have, it’s not like you’ve got an STD or are sitting there naked in front of everyone. You’re waiting to get a minor and responsible operation done, whats the big deal?
Got called in and got on the table. Dr. Weissman came in shortly and told me what to expect. The rubber band snap thing I’d like to say was a WEAK rubber band, barely felt it. when he said there would be a pinch I actually didn’t feel anything, nor did I feel anything during the procedure itself which was super short. Maybe 5 minutes. I was prepped for pain because of the 1 star review and have a fairly high tolerance, but I felt nothing but a few minor tugs.
As for the doc being rude I had the opposite. We joked around during the operation and after. He’s one of those guys that delivers jokes with a straight face and if you don’t get that you might mistake it for rudeness. Or caught him on a bad day maybe? I dunno, I can just say he was cool with me.
I walked out with a normal gait, assured another guy on the way out it was no big deal and drove myself home. Ibuprofin and ice like you’re supposed to.
