I wish I could give Jim more than 5 stars because he deserves it. He not only did an excellent job he even recommended an excellent plumber (not an easy find). I found Jim online and had him do a backsplash for me. He did a great job and it was a great audition. I completed a full bathroom remodel and Jim did my floor and shower. He is prompt, answers his phone (rare), and has excellent communication from the bid to completion. I never let guys be alone in my house but Jim is an exception. On top of everything he keeps the job site clean, something I really appreciate as somewhat fussy homeowner.

Jim Upton is a huge exception to people’s expectations about contractors coming into your home. He is on time, every time, on budget and promptly returns calls and submits bids.
His work on our small job was completed to our satisfaction and most importantly, he understands the simple but important point of customer service so often lacking with other contractors: be on time.
