I’ve been meaning to give this dealer a review for a long time. I purchased a used 2010 Centurion boat from them about 2 years ago. Amazing experience. The salesman that helped me out was Richard. He is a really great guy. Zero pressure and just absolutely full of knowledge. I’ve been super happy with the boat and have had no problems. I really wanted the new Mastercraft but just couldn’t quite afford it yet. I have had servicing work done here too. Prices are fair and I even called a non dealer outfit called ORYAN marine and was quoted 100 dollars more for an oil change, so it made me feel good to know I was getting a good deal at the big dealer. They also offer indoor heated storage for the winter which is a great option if uou font mind spending the money to keep your boat dry. All in all, great experience and I will definitely refer people to and buy my next boat from Richard as well. He even sent out an email offering me free boat show tickets which I thought was very thoughtful. I’ll probably be in the market again within the next 2 years for the boat I really want and because of the great after sale service I received, I’ll be back. GREAT!

I purchased a used Mastercraft this winter and needed it looked at before the start of the season so I took it to Mastercraft Northwest Seattle. I heard they had a complete change of management and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the price. The new service manager communicated with me throughout the process and in the end I believe I got great service with a personal touch at a fair price. I’ll be going back.

Took my boat here for an easy battery fix. The parts manager(I believe his name was Kevin) spent an hour trying to sound like he knew what he was talking about without ever saying anything. I let him know I was in a hurry to continue using the boat and he said it’d be done in 3 wks due to it being a time consuming job. Called him 3 weeks later and he hadn’t started on it. He said other more important customers had come in and he hadn’t had the time to put a tech on it to do a «quality job.» Said he wouldn’t be able to get to it for a month now because it had gotten busy. When I tried to express my frustration at his lack of service he became belligerent and rude. After this experience I would never go to this shop or buy a Mastercraft at all. Took the boat to Bakes marine. They diagnosed the issue in the parking lot gave me a quote and finished the job the next day.
