Working extremely long hours isn’t so bad having a 24hr coffee stand near by. Service is great and the ladies always make a damn good cup of coffee. White coffee here is fantastic. My girlfriend loves their Italian sodas… I think she might be addicted.

I have a really good experience at this stand. The staff was so nice and made sure I had everything that I needed in the correct way that I wanted it to be made. I really enjoy how they are open 24 hours, it is really convenient if you’re going on a road trip or craving something late at night. I really like the frost bites that are blended coffee drinks, very nice on a refreshing hot day!

I love this place. Very good coffees. I like multiple of the concoctions they make, the Mythical Mocha is my go to though. The girls know how to prepare a beverage hot or cold. Speed is usually fast, sometimes there is a long line of cars, so I’ll skip waiting on that day. I’d say they are 10 times better than the best Starbucks.

The coffee is as good as good as any I have tasted… but that is not what sets this place apart. The real thing I love about this shop are the girls here… they are awesome, I’m here in the late night, early morning, late morning, it does not matter, they are always soon cheerful and personable… special shout out to Lucky Irey… she always makes my early AM visits memorable.

Coffee is good, that is, if you get it this century. I can’t honestly say that I’ve ever backed out of a coffee stand line so many times in my life, and it’s never even when they’re busy. Typically I see 1 – 2 people in there, but not sure why takes them so long to be honest. Again, coffee tastes good, but the service is WAY too slow to make this stand worth going to.

The baristas are all awesome! I am new to the area and I have gone to this place every day before work and each time I am greeted with genuine kindness and humor. This place is by far the best place for memorable service, and the modest green tea is great as well!

This is my absolute favorite place to get coffee. It tastes better and costs less than the larger chain in the area. The baristas have memories that beat all. They always remember what regular customers want and when they aren’t incredibly busy they will have your drink ready by the time you get to the window. Great coffee, great service!

Went to big foot 3 days in a row. First day my latte was pretty good, but not much foam and just lacking a bit in flavor, but the barista was very nice. Second day I ordered the same drink from a different barista… Way less flavor and taste all together, and there was no foam at all. The barista was super friendly, but that doesn’t matter much when the coffee isn’t tasty. Third day was the same girl as second and it was the same thing. I would only go back if I REALLY wanted a coffee quick or if I had a coupon.

I gave up on Starbucks after being a loyal customer since 1990. I became tired of the inconsistencies between stores and lack of anyone caring for the customer. So on Christmas Eve I stopped at this BigFoot Java and it was a great experience. The two ladies working were great and so was the coffee. I surely be back. Oh… and thanks for being there on Christmas Eve.

This is the second Big Foot Java location that I’ve been to. Great customer service at both locations, and they’re open 24 hours! They offer smooth, rich espresso and great prices in comparison to other coffee chains.

I loved the old staff. These new young girls are snotty with attitude. I brought in my «free birthday» drink that was loaded on my loyalty card and ordered my usual drink. The same drink I get 3 – 5 days a week. They charged me for 2 shots because that’s not in the standard drink?!? There were no stipulations on my free drink and no supervisor to speak to. I almost left with out my drink.

The coffee here is good (nice and smooth, not bitter at all!) and the people working are super nice.
The thing that keeps me from giving it more stars is it’s kind of pricey. They can turn any drink into a «frostbite» which is a blended drink but they charge you something like $ 1.50 extra to do it — hmmmm… so, two lattes turned into frostbites cost me over $ 10. Sure, I ordered it — but sadly didn’t do the math before I placed my order. Won’t make that mistake again!
I now stick with Americanos — they’re pretty safe on the old bank account.
They are open 24 hours though which is nice when you’re coming back from a late night trip over the pass. Just pop off for a quick warm up.

So far so good! Only been a couple times, ordering 24 OZ white chocolate white coffees. So far the two baristas that have helped me were knowledgeable and made my coffee just fine while being nice at the same time, It’s hard to get a good coffee with full body and sweetened just right.

Tasty coffee so far! I order a White coffee white chocolate Americano and they make it perfect! Not too sweet, and super hot. The baristas were very friendly and they made my coffee quickly! I will return despite the distance. Hopefully they will reopen the Bothell location

I don’t know what the rave about this place is! The FIRST time ever that I did not finish my coffee. Got a white mocha (2shots), lacked flavor and just felt flat! It was lukewarm milk? In a to-​go cup. I am sure there are other better coffee places around. Won’t be going back here for sure.

I love my Starbucks, yes, I’m one of those however I recently tried this cool 24-​hr drive thru and found the coffee very delicious! The girls here are fast, sweet and can make one great cup of coffee. Starbucks wha?
I’ve been back half a dozen times since.

Drove in to have a cup of brewed coffee with extra cream…
Either the coffee was very strong, or she forgot the cream…
Next time I went to Mondo — and got exactly what I wanted!

Drive thru coffee shop with no line! Awesome! Two girls working who chit chatted about their personal life. Which was almost as good as my macchiato.

I’ve been eagerly anticipating this BigFoot Java opening, if only to fill the void left by my late evening coffee cravings after a long day at work. (I much prefer Issaquah Coffee House, but they close at 7pm.) I happened to be picking up Thai food at Noodle Boat (just to the east) and saw the inviting beacon of caffeinated goodness.
The mocha was smooth-​tasting, and they remembered the whipped cream. There are drive-​through windows on each side, though that doesn’t work very well on a really busy day if there’s only one lady working. Driving through the parking lot is going to be a great practice for my teen. Best egress is near the Jack-​in-​the-​Box as the light will let you turn either direction on Gilman without much fuss.
