Great place for sunset drinks and noms! Despite other reviews stating poor service we experienced excellent, attentive service. Homemade guac and chips to start– then tapas and tuna tartare for food. The Brussel sprouts were great– my wife liked the calamari and I thought the Tuna was excellent. Decent prices for a great setting– go for sunset for sure. We got mobbed by flies when food was brought out, but it may just have been our location– didnt notice other guests having any issues.(We opted for shaded table by the bar. You could eat inside also then enjoy sunset from one of their Adirondacks by the water… Would definitely recommend and will return.

I loved this place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset, but I feel like the food was overpriced for what you get. Guess you pay for the view. I would visit again for drinks and maybe dinner if there were only a few of us. We were a party of 10, so economy was higher on our list for this time.

5 stars for the location. Amazing view of the bay and the sunset. Try to get the table on the beach. Very romantic ! 4 stars for the food. Great ingredients. I had the crab cake and the fish tacos. Both very nice and well balanced. 1 star for the service. Really TOOLONG ! I was leaving the RestUrant because after 15 minutes none came to take the reservation or bringing some water … It is not acceptable. That’s why of the 3 stars … Wine list is quite poor too.

Want to watch a beautiful sunset? Do it here! Live music, great food & drinks. Indoor & outdoor seating, great for families or couples. Came here with cousins and no one had a complaint about anything. Try Pierre’s Punch for something sweet and refreshing.

A must when in the keys! Visit when coming or going if not staying in islamorada. Gorgeous beach setting with pristine sand and dolphins that play in the cove. We ordered drinks to start and the special appetizer — a mozzerella ball that oozes when opened and served with great greens, tomatoes and prosciutto. If you are lucky enough to be here on a night when it’s being served then you must order it! Mahi was the fish of the night and it was delicious grilled. The husband ordered the whole snapper. It looked impressive and he loved it. We will be coming back, especially for a full moon party.

Highly recommend the full moon party! Great atmosphere, everyone having a great time. Great drinks served in jars with a glow stick, 32oz, making your jar drink glow. Great fireworks display and the party goes on and on with acts similar to a hide street party. I have to go again! They had a good station with variety of simple foods like hamburgers, hotdogs and Wonderfull tasting crispy ribs. A live band plays and gets everyone on their feet to dance in the sand, shoes not required! On the other side there is a bar with a Dj and great music too. 20 $ gets you in, what a great deal. Has its party and due to its scenery and bay view of the sunset it can also be romantic. There is also VIP at the Restraunt which is additional 30 $. We were fine with sitting in front of the band in beach resort chairs, no charge„ while some brought their own beach blankets and kept it intimate. The full moon party is amazing and I highly recommend it. Check the morada bay website for dates.

The ONLY reason this place gets two stars is for the view and the location. It is beautiful. Service was awful. The server had an attitude. The food was overpriced. And honestly it wasn’t even that good. Would not recommemd.

Very nice restaurant in Islamorada, you cant go wrong with this place. The setting is relaxed, front view of the ocean, the tables are on the sand, the drinks and food are on point, you even have wildlife(iguanas, birds,) roaming around which makes the moment even better.

Overall our experience was great. The view and atmosphere were fantastic. Our food was delicious. I ordered the catch of the day and he got shredded beef tacos. Beautiful scenery and no rush service. The server was a bit out of touch. We took over and let him know when we wanted refills or the check, but gave us no trouble and was very polite. Cocktails and beer were both great. Hung around after dinner to watch the sun set. Beautiful hidden place.

Just terrible. I visit the keys every year and had not been here in awhile, but remembered this place being quite good. The setting and view were just as lovely as I remembered, unfortunately that seems to be the only thing that has remained same. First, service — We waited 10+ minutes to be visited by a server until I could wait no longer and spoke to the hostess. Second, drinks — We ordered two standard margaritas, rocks, with a Grand Manier float. Hands down the worst my husband and I have ever had. Pretty sure they just forgot the tequila. I would know, it’s my signature drink. Third, food — Blah at best and super overpriced. Cuban sandwich totally lackluster and boring, Mahi sandwich did not taste fresh and also just flavorless and boring. Looked to fix it up a little with some tartar sauce just because I was hungry, only to be told they had none. I know it was an unconventional choice for a grilled fish sandwich but seriously? What restaurant in the keys doesn’t have tartar sauce? Heaping side of fries didn’t have a prayer to save this disappointment. No one ever questioned as to why we didn’t finish our food or our drinks, server never came by to ask if anything was to our liking. Needless to say, with all of the other wonderful choices in the area, we will NOT be back.

I would have given them a lot more stars if the service wasn’t terrible! We came here for dinner on the way back to Miami after a day in key west. We were attended to by our waiter for the first 20 mins, but as soon as we received our appetizers, he disappeared on us and never saw him again. Didn’t even provide us with utensils and plates after a while. When we finished our entrées after some confusion from the waiter and the kitchen, we were ready to leave at this point, but lo and behold our waiter could not be found. We spent 45 minutes trying to flag another waiter and the manager to look our way, but they were all ignorant. When we finally got the manager’s attention, he didn’t even apologize for our disappearing waiter or apologize for making us wait for such a long time… so much for being in a «hospitality» industry! When we finally got our bill, we didn’t even have time to assess the damage as our new waiter was hovering over us waiting for us to put down our cards. I felt very uncomfortable about it and NEVER in my life have I gone out to eat where a waiter stands by you and grills you about paying the check! I never walked out of a place quicker than I did after our horrible experience with this place. In total, cool ambiance, mediocre food and service is a mess! If you plan on stopping by, do yourself a favor and just order a drink and admire the view, but don’t stay for lunch or dinner. Get your money’s worth somewhere else. The reviews sounded amazing, but it never matched my expectations! So not worth the hype.

I found this place from watching Netflix series«Bloodline» and decided to go for lunch. It is like a little piece of heaven on earth. From the ground up everything was perfect! Well manicured ground; beautiful luscious plants and flowers, tons of coconut trees. Colorful tables and chairs, and the view of the bay will take your breath away. Extremely friendly staff, my crusted almond salmon salad was out of this world. I truly fell in love with the place and with myself.

Great location and good food. Our service was really mixed. A nice guy but they screwed up our order and ketchup was impossible to get.(We asked three times). We came back the next day just for a drink and the place was closed with a sign«Gone fishing» so be sure you call first. Also, I would avoid this place in a warm day. Better if cool outside.

DISCLAIMER — we simply stopped in and did NOT eat/drink here. BUT(I know, I know), this was a gorgeous place to stop by. They have tables on the beach for dining, and a guy playing live music on the side. It’s picture perfect! It’s a little expensive(entrees were $ 20−30+; cocktails $ 12+), we weren’t exactly in the mood for fancy dining. However if anyone is planning for a romantic dining(or for special events such as weddings), this is your place! They also have a once a month full moon party on the beach. So 4 stars for ambiance — stop by and have yourself a drink and enjoy the lovely view.

Came to this spot because we were celebrating a friends birthday and we heard that the full moon parties were a must. To begin the parking there is crazy and most likely you have to park your car across the street but luckily there was a cop helping people cross the street because there is no light. Once you get there you must pay an entrance of $ 20.00 that does not include

Once you get there you must pay an entrance of $ 20.00 that does not include drinks only the live entertainment, fireworks displace and an inside bar with a dj inside. Well worth it if your at the Keys cause theirs not much going on as far as night life. The cool thing is we brought blankets and brought our own liquor in bags They also have a congo going on through the whole night which makes it so much more fun. If your heading down to the keys come check out this gem you won’t regret it! :)

We stopped here on our way to Key West. We had the fish sandwich(with the mahi mahi) and it was delicious. The atmosphere of this restaurant/beach bar is very laid-back. They have live music and you can sit there with your feet in the sand. The service was excellent. They checked several times if everything was all right and refilled the water a lot. If you in your way up or down on the keys: Stop here!

Looking for a beautiful location to have lunch or a drink on your way to Key West? This is the place. There is not an ocean accessible beach, but lunch is serve on tables overlooking the bay. The location could not be more beautiful and«Keywest-esque.» We stopped here for drinks on our way back from Key West, and fell in love with the location. I would stop here every time I went through the Keys. Great drink stop!

Easy to miss driving by if your looking for a traditional restaurant. From the highway I mistook it for a city park parking lot. Great large parking lot. Walk down a wood plank walkway to a beach house. You can sit inside, on the porch or right on the beautiful sandy beach. Of course I opt for BEACH. FYI restrooms are a separate little structure past the restaurant. Service was pleasant. Waiter caught the chair my hubby was sitting on beginning to break and changed it out quite quickly. Great menu full of local ingredients for salads, sandwiches and main dishes. The hubby enjoyed his Cuban sandwich which was very filling. My salad had wonderful fresh flavors and the vinaigrette of key limes was a light bright touch. Drinks come in quart mason jars which is good on gorgeous sunny days. I will mark it as a return spot for dinner as it would make for a fantastic sunset scene. They also have live music in the evenings

It is difficult to know what to rate this place — 5⁄5 for food 4⁄4 for location/view 1⁄5FORSERVICE The bad service really overshadowed the food and experience. When we arrived we said to the hostess that we would like to sit on the beach but in the shade, she said no problem and moved a table into the shade of a palm tree. After a while a server came over, talked through the specials and took our order.(Young lady, blonde curly-ish/thick hair tied up). 25 minutes later– still no drinks and no food order taken. My husband approached our server to advise we still had not had our drinks, to which she replied ‘who is your server?’. He advised ‘you!!‘ Shortly after she came over to us and said I’m sorry, I really do not remember taking your order, what drinks did you order(we had had an entire conversation with her!!!) We ordered our drinks and asked to order our food as well. By the time our food had arrived we had been there 1HOUR5MINS. By which time we were no longer in the shade and burning in the blazing sun. I approached another server as ours was nowhere to be found,(She never came back over to us again, I assume she thought she had lost her tip anyway) to ask if we could move one of the umbrellas over to our table as we were burning in the sun, to which he replied yeah, that should be ok and walked off. The umbrellas were in a solid base and weighed a ton, I tried dragging it and my husband had to get up from his food to help me drag it over– the other server didn’t even offer to move it!!! The food luckily was very good. I had the coconut crusted catch of the day, mahi mahi. Which was excellent and a good serving size, although it was pricey for a lunch at nearly $ 30. My husband had a salmon salad which he also thought was very good. Unfortunately we wolfed it down very quickly and left as we were on the road and had to reach Miami and had been in the restaurant for 1.5 hours. We were supposed to only be having a quick stop for lunch on our way up from Key West. For me, the bad service and experience majorly overshadowed the setting and food, so much so that I would not recommend stopping here.

The view at this place is beautiful! It’s so relaxing and refreshing. We stopped here for a quick bite since a friend recommended it. Not disappointed at all. Food: We order a Cuban sandwich, it was simply delicious! A bit pricy for a sandwich($ 15) but a great quality sandwich. We share the sandwich among two people with a side salad and it was enough. They had these hug mason jars and I am obsessed with mason jars so that’s a plus for me :) Overall, stopped here for the great view and ambience. You won’t regret it!
