This is one charming little studio! As I’m writing this, I’m also looking across the room at an original Kathrine Savu painting that I fell in love with at another gallery that sells her work. Stop by to say hi and see what she’s working on but don’t expect to find too many pieces for sale. They seem to sell quickly but more of her pieces can be found at Michigamme Moonshine Gallery (where I first saw the painting I now own). Her style is hard to pinpoint but she seems to be influenced by nature and local culture/​history. You can see some of her work on her website.
