Pak Mail Pittsburgh Crate & Ship

I found myself in an unusual situation — I had 8 cartons of books I needed to ship to a warehouse, but the warehouse only accepted shipments that were on pallets. As it turns out, FedEx won’t do palletizing for you, and UPS farms the work out at a pretty exorbitant premium. So, I had to go searching for a near-​Pittsburgh freighter that would handle the palletizing and shipment for me on short notice. Pak Mail really came through for me.
While the shipment was still somewhat costly for its relatively small size, it wasn’t at all out of line with other companies that offer similar service. However, Pak Mail really excels in keep the customer updated with shipping, tracking, and quality-​control follow-​ups. Even once the shipment had arrived, they took the time to check in and make sure I was satisfied. If you have random freight shipping needs, I’d recommend these guys for sure.
