This place needs some help. Literally there is a sign on the door that says«help wanted». My waitress was not courteous at all. She never checked up on us to see how our food was. She served us some cold beard with our hummus and never told me that my food was being delayed when I was waiting for my food for 15 mins or more. When I finally got my food, it was okay at best, I could’ve made the same at home. I should’ve just went to Andalous.

I guess today is my day to catch up on reviews. I’ve eaten at Zeytin a few times. So they were good enough to come back, but with all of the good mid-eastern foodin Irving, its not one I think of unless I pass it.(the Turkish may take exception to being lumped in like this and I apologize if that’s offensive), but to be fair, the cooking is very similar because of the turkish influence in middle east cooking through the centuries, so I’ll stop digressing and get to the food. I’ve had their calamari a few times, and it was like any italian place except they didnt overcook it which made it better. Was not a fan of the eggplant dip, but it wasnt bad just not the way I like it. The mezza platter and the wraps are solid.

Very tasty Mediterranean food. Good flavor at a reasonable price. Their lunch buffet if perfect if you would like to try a variety of things. I love their chicken curry.

Came for the lunch buffet which was decently priced. Good assortment of fine turkish/Mediterranean food. The food was good, nothing too extravagant however. I did enjoy more than my fill of the best rice pudding I’ve ever tasted. I’d definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quick bite for lunch.

I drive 20 miles to have the buffet lunch here. I love the variety and quality. I’m generally lukewarm toward eggplant but theirs is fantastic. Very polite service, too.

First time to visit this place. It was totally empty and I just got something to go but it was absolutely delicious. A little pricey for the amount that I got but the taste was incredible.

They have an all you cat eat lunch buffet for $ 12, and who am I to say no? It includes all the usuals: gyro meat, chicken, rice, warm oven baked pita bread, hummus, beans, salad, falafel, and a few other’s I’m sure I’ve left off. Everything was tasty, but if I had one complaint, it was a little greasy for my tastes. That could be my fault though, since I did order a massive lunch buffet.

Delicious cooking. they need help with their Unilocal reservation system. It told us they were sold out on a Monday night, when we called they said c’mon in. They were at 10% of capacity. maybe because Unilocal is saying they are sold out??? They also need an exterior sign and a little waiter training. that said the people are very nice, the kitchen is quick, the prices are friendly. We wish them the best.

I am used to going to this shopping center to eat at Chipotle, ok maybe also Tiff’s Treats, if you most know! I parked infront of this place because the parking by chipotopotl was super crowded and that is how I discovered this little gem! My friend and I decided to give it a try and we are both very glad we did. They have a HUGE lunch buffet, but they also have A la carte and a few sandwiches. We went all in and got the buffet, it is important for me to mention that if you are a vegetarian the price is a bit cheaper. AWW! SOAWESOME! They have a really HUGE variety of dishes, most of them meat free. They start you with a couple of dips, hummus and babaganoush, best babaganoush I ever had BTW. They also have Dolmas but yuck! right? and they have about 6 types of salad, pasta salad, bean salad, potato salad, and regular salad for the suckers that don’t like the other salads. Then you move on to the meats and such and finally they offer to make you fresh falafel on the spot all included on your price. $ 10.99 for Vegetarians including drink! Seriously delicious, if you are in the area, give it a try.

This place is delish!!! Great service too, they are so friendly. If you’re looking for some colorful interesting food in this area then def give this place a try. It’s also fast and inexpensive. I usually eat here while on business travel so I’m alone and I feel perfectly comfortable eating solo. It’s unpretentious, comfortable and a great meal. Highly recommended.

I recieved the free app with entrée purchase, for checking in, which was hummus. The hummus was ok nothing special. I ordered the Gryo plate which came with rice, raw onions, and a little bit of pickled cabbage slaw. The gyro meat was on the dry side. The rice was ok and Pickled slaw was the best part but only had a small amount on the plate. I ordered the warm dessert kefeus? sp which was shredded wheat covered iwith a thin syrup and heated in a metal pan. Tasted good just really sweet. Service was very attentive. The food was just ok

This place was nice, but did not really impress me. The food was average. I have had better.

Great lunch buffet. I was able to taste so much more than I would have been otherwise. The humus was excellent as was the grilled eggplant. Parking can be tricky at lunch but it’s worth the hassle.

This is the real deal in Turkish food. I have eaten here 5 times and am fussy having spent many months in Turkey… and being an ex chef. The cigara borek were perfect little crispy phyllo tubes filled with luscious salty cheeses and green herbs. Lentil soup well developed favors in the characteristic simple purée. I had the grilled eggplant salad with a side of shawarma… the best I have ever had ! I also saw a variety of more western dishes served to others and a friend said here was quite good. The homemade desserts were delicious and being a mom and pop shop the service was friendly and caring. Explore the menu they are many similarities to Greek and mid eastern foods but I always find the Turkish to be the lightest and tastiest

Food is good, mild but fresh. Good choices on menu for vegetarian or meat dishes. Atmosphere is pleasant. A bit on pricy side with some dishes but they often have promotions.

Excellent service here. Came to town for business/vacation and found this great place. Food is wonderful. Price point is a little higher than other places of the same type but well worth it. The location is really nice as well, overlooking a small river running through this part of the city.

This place is cute but the food did not have much flavor. I really wanted adnana kebab but they didn’t have it. The kofta kebab didn’t have much flavor either. Lunch buffet was 12.99 on Tuesday… Pricey compared to other middle eastern places. Bread was really hard not fresh… Babaganoush was tasty and hummus too.

3.5 stars. I’ve had better Mediterranean food, but the gyro is well-prepared and the greens are fresh. Nothing impressed me though. If you crave for something fast and Mediterranean, Zeytin would be the place to visit.
