I’ve been in here a few times now and have always left happy. All of the staff who have helped me have been very knowledgeable and able to help with whatever problem I needed solved. They have a large line of products available at this location(a much better selection than the Las Colinas store) and can help with any service changes you might need. They also carry an extensive line of accessories, including cases, chargers, battery packs and the like. On my most recent visit, Cristina helped me get set up with my new phone. She knew all of the current deals and was able to quickly look up what the cost difference would be on our bill, depending on the route we chose. I tend to be resistant to change, particularly when it involves learning how to use a new product, but she was happy to show me all the features that were different than my old phone, as well as compare the different products available in the store. I’m really happy with my new phone and I’ve been happy with Verizon for many, many years now… Happy shopping!

I’ve been with Verizon for over 15 years and this store has the worst staff and management EVER!!! I had placed a phone order with them and 27 days later without any notifications my order was cancelled. I placed a second order and the same thing happened again after 19 days. They are not reliable at all nor do they hold themselves accountable. When I called back to ask why my order was cancelled again, the manager John had me on hold for over 27minuites and then I finally hung up. If this was the only Verizon store in America — I WOULDN’T GOTOIT! I’m going to cancel all my 5 lines, home service as well as business services. Someone find me an ATT Rep!

I’ve been with Verizon almost two years and have visited several of their stores. My visit to this particular location was unpleasant to say the least. I was referred to this location by a phone sales representative after inquiring about their new edge plan. When I arrived at the store, the sales representative(Ivan) gave me different information than what I had been previously told in regards to the same plan. He didn’t go into detail as to why there was a discrepancy other than, he was right and the other person was wrong. We proceeded with the transaction in hopes of clearing it up later with a different representative. When it came time to pay, Ivan informed me that it had to be two separate transaction. Then when I tried to pay for the second transaction Ivan mentioned I couldn’t use the same credit card because the amounts were the same. He strongly suggested that I purchase something else to make the amounts different. I was clearly upset by the situation, so the«problem-solving-Ivan» gave me the option to drive home to get a different form of payment. After finally coming up with a solution that would not inconvenience me, the customer, I left with my purchase and called customer service to figure out the discrepancies in information. The customer service rep on the phone tried contacting the store directly to clear things up but they were too busy to take the call, yet when I called the store, they were able to take my call. After the entire incident, I spoke to the assistant store manager for a refund but was told that I had to go back the same day because my old phones were going to be shipped off immediately. The assistant store manager also mentioned I would have to pay $ 70 in restocking fees. When I described my frustration with the discrepancies between staff, he told me that I was simply upset that I was wrong and proceeded to argue with me about my feelings. Think twice before you visit this location! My suggestion would be the location off I20 and Matlock, in Arlington. Great service with helpful knowledgeable representatives.
