I found Tx Green Solutions online and after several rounds of texting and photos, Daniel had all the information he needed to bid the job. It was a low bid, by several hundred dollars, so I asked him what might go wrong, and he added a $ 45 «surprise» fee in case he ran into something unexpected.
He and his helper showed up on time, sober, well equipped, and very pleasant. In about 2 hours he installed the brand of water heater I had requested, showed me all the moving parts, answered a dozen questions, and cleaned up his workspace and carried off the old water heater.
He charged me less than he had estimated. I was very favorable impressed and will use him again. It couldn’t have been a smoother operation.
