This place is terrible! Terrible is an understatement, but it’s a start. Three days after I stopped in to get an application rent prices suddenly jumped by $ 70, but I needed a place so, I dealt with it. A week after I move in the office staff is replaced because apparently they sucked at their job and the apts were falling apart, which they are. You know that sheet the give you to fill out when you move in in case they missed anything or something is wrong with the apt? I needed an extra sheet of paper to get everything down and I write very small. The entire apt is garbage. The gate to my patio has been broken since I moved in and I gave up trying to get it fixed, lord knows they haven’t fixed anything else. They didn’t clean my carpet, there were roaches, there was a hole the size of my fist in the kitchen by the dish washer it looks like the previous maintenance guys failed to patch, the water temperature fluctuates WHILE I’M INTHESHOWER, there is no steady temp. Honestly the list goes on and on. I had a leak in my shower that was causing water to leak onto the carpet right outside my bathroom, it took them almost a month to replace the carpet and all they did was put down new padding, left the carpet. Took another month to fix the leak and they ended up having to rip up my bathroom floor, break through 8 inches of concrete, getting my room covered in dust and dig down 6 ft to get to it. My carpet and spots on my walls/doors, is still red in some spots from the clay dirt getting everywhere even with the heavy duty plastic they laid down. I couldn’t even sleep in my room or use my bathroom for 2 days. Thank God I have my daughter’s room and a guest bathroom. They have yet to replace the linoleum and that was the end of August when they did that. THEN I ended up with freaking BEDBUGS! It took like 3 weeks to get the guy to come out and spray the house. That’s ridiculous. The pool was closed most of summer because for some unknown reason everything broke and they couldn’t get the filter fixed. I asked for a transfer to a smaller apt, the original manager said she would wave the $ 100 admin fee and it would just be $ 150 transfer fee. AREYOUKIDDINGME!!! With as much crap as I’ve put up with?! Now here is it December and they were taken over by a new management company in the beginning of November. The new ladies are very rude and snippy, and the short one loves to just wave you off like you’re not worth her time. They said I can’t transfer until the end of my lease and that it’ll be a $ 200TRANSFERFEE. Are these people drunk? People live here because it’s cheap and for the most part they can afford it. jacking up prices and making it difficult on people is not right. Why cant I just sign a new lease for a one bedroom instead of a two when my lease is up or just transfer and alter my current lease? I’m struggling with the one I’m in so why not just let me transfer to a smaller apt so I won’t have trouble paying my bills? I put in the work order to fix my floor AGAIN when they started in November why did it take like 12 days to come look at it and the maintenance guy says he needs to get an estimate and I still haven’t heard back from anyone about it. This place is by far the worst apt complex I have ever lived in and I’ve lived in other states and not had this much of a mess to deal with. It’s over priced for what I’m living in the maintenance team is horrible. They’re so worried about fixing the empty apts to look nice for new residents that they are forgetting about the people who already live here.
