Great service from the The Air Guy, Tim and his associate showed up on time and within 10min had they identified the with my AC that had stopped working. No sales pitch of trying to sell a new system. Will definitely recommend

We had trouble with our AC and after looking through reviews chose The Air Guy — who called us back not 15 minutes after leaving a message at 9pm on a weekday night! — Tim came out the next day right on time and was so polite — well spoken –described everything and fixed the problem super quick! He was absolutely the best! I did not feel like I was being «taken advantage of» as other companies have made me feel. He was honest –the price was great and I felt a thousand percent satisfied! Will use him again and recommend the company to anyone with heating/​cooling needs!

Tim is very professional and we’ll trained in HVAC. He qwickly found the problem, explained it and fixed it. I turned over all my maintenance contracts over to him. He’s the best.

I did a lot of research before I decided on going with Tim’s company. He was our second opinion and I was very happy he gave us choices and pleased with the quote he gave. From the very first time we met until he finished the job he was polite, courteous and professional. He made sure everything was in working order before he left.

Tim’s service has been excellent. He explains the issues very well. He is very accommodating and I would highly recommend using his services.
His work has been excellent and have really not had to call him for any significant issues after the new install. But I have called him/​texted him a few of times for issues with my other AC. He has been very prompt in responding and fixing them. You can be rest assured that he will take care of you after his work is complete and he most definitely honors the warranty of his work.

I had seen Tim Edward’s posting in my neighborhood website and because his service prices were neighbor friendly I decided to call him when my air conditioner told me I needed to call for maintenance. He answered my call immediately and assessed the situation giving me as many options as he could in order to meet my needs. Though young to my old eyes, Tim was experienced, very capable, and personable. He took as much time to answer my questions, reassure me and applied no pressure. My new unit was installed promptly and efficiently. His helpers were knowledgable and polite as well. They left my house cleaner than they found it.
After several days of use I was concerned because my living room vents rattled when the fan blower roared on as it began to cool. It was quite loud. I called Tim, he knew immediately what he felt was happening and corrected the fan output which solved that problem. I am still not used to the two step fan as it does not function the same manner as my old unit. I have been assured that all is well, having no reason to doubt otherwise and with a wonderful warranty as well as a trustful contractor I am chilling.

Tim was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to give me several honest options on my AC replacement with the best warranty and pricing of the 7 contractors/​companies I had give me estimates. Combine that with his 10 years experience and 5 star Thumbtack rating, he’s the guy to go with.

Our AC wasn’t working, Tim came to diagnose it and said it needed to be replaced or repaired. we spent 2500 to replace whole unit, which seemed pretty descent based on what i have found in google. He provided us with a window unit for the night while we were waiting for it to get fixed, which was very helpful since it was getting close to 95 degrees inside. Once AC was fixed, he told us that something called TXV wasn’t metering refrigerant (I’m completely ignorant on this subject) which is what caused our compressor to die. SO all in all i spent close to 3000. However i think that was a descent price for the job. He gave us 10 year warranty on the unit and a one year maintenance warranty for which he will be back in fall to check out.
Tim had to make a total of 4 trip to our home and work outside in this heat. He was very helpful .Tim was also timely and came to diagnose the same day, within hours which was impressive.
Customer service was top notch and i feel like i got my money’s worth.
