Customer service is horrible here. Not to mention the barista that just stands in the back crunching on ice chips. As far as I’m concerned, that’s probably a health code violation of some sort.

Do not. I repeat, DONOT visit this location if you want good customer service and your 6 dollar drink made the way you ordered it. The plus is they have a drive thru and from my drive thru view, it appeared the inside was upgraded more than most locations. It appeared to have newer décor. But the customer service was horrible. I wasn’t greeted by the girl at the window. I ordered an extra shot of espresso and apparently se put several shots and a manager saw her do it so he came behind her and snatched the drink and poured it out. His approach was very aggressive and unprofessional for a customer to be watching from he window. I ordered a caramel latte and saw her use vanilla instead. I told her about it and she said«are you sure you don’t want me to just add some caramel?» I said no, I ordered caramel for a reason and I’m spending 6 bucks on a medium coffee. My original order asked that it be stirred. I asked three times and she never stirred it. That’s the benefit of having a glass drive thru. Transparency. I finally asked for a stir stick to do it myself. I was in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Very horrible experience. And the drink tastes like crap. Someone needs to intervene at this location soon!

Don’t go at high noon or there won’t be a place to sit. Everyone is sprawled out with their laptops doing whatever it is a person does with a laptop at Starbucks. There’s always at least one. Good coffee and snacks, though.

I’m a regular at this location. It’s ok. It’s not amazing, and it doesn’t suck. The employees are all right… couple of times, they’ve been pissed off at something else going on, but whatever. They still made my drink right. The drive thru is convenient, and they typically get people through in a hurry. This is a great location, and probably on the higher end of average as far as Starbucks in concerned.

TMI alert: At the time of this visit, I had been unemployed for over a month, so I had cut way back on my Starbucks visits, but I was damn well going to treat myself today as I had just had the joy of a DRE at my doctor’s office(if you don’t recognize the acronym, look it up if you dare). My drink(venti iced coffee with came just as I liked it, and was a great cooler on a hot, multiply miserable day. Thank you, Starbucks!

I was really impressed with how fast they were here, and my order was perfect! Sometimes at other Starbucks the baristas get really overwhelmed and start to back up on orders and you end up with 5 people standing around at the end of the little ordering space waiting for their drink. This definitely didn’t happen here and I was very happy to know they had sugar-free caramel flavoring for my latte! The girl was really patient with me when I was ordering as I had a couple of questions, and the latte tasted fantabulous. When I’m heading this direction in the future, I know where I’ll be grabbing my morning caffeine fix.

Finally, blonde guy remembered my order! It was like the clouds parted and God himself smiled down and sprinkled Splenda in my coffee. ALSO he was chatty with everyone, it was very nice and unusual. Upgrade!

We all know at Starbucks, its the Barista that makes the store. This coming from a former Starbuck barista is kinda funny. I was overly impressed upon the quickness of a particular barista.(I don’t know her name) I am a complicated starbucks orderer who likes venti soy mocha latte with quad, extra whip and foam. Normally this is hard for a store that’s never had me as a customer to get it right on the first try. Bravo my new favorite starbucks!
