«Hard Wood Floors» NOT … Do not live here trust me. There is a monthly parking fee, monthy rates are crazy for what you get. IF you have to live here witch we will be out of here in Mid Feb I recomend you copy and keep records of every conversation you have with any office staff memeber. The only positive here is the maintenance staff who bust their butts and get things done. Alot of Marijuana is smoked and allowed here also so if you are a pot head you will love it. Overall living here for over a year has been one headache after the other. We moved here instead of a place next door to save about $ 100 a month if I could go back and do it again I’d pay the extra $ 100 to not have to deal with the unprofessional staff. When we first moved in the lady that ran it was great and very professional then she either quit or something because after her departure it’s been just horid. I don’t even let my kids play outside. I thank God we have found our home finally. And I pray for all families left here to live that may be safe and soon leave this horid place.
