I have been a shannaz customer for past 3 years. and they do a great job. But last week, I had a very pathetic experiance, i brought my daughter for haircut, its jus fringes and trim. A lady started taking tangles out and she dint ask us for the length to trim and she straight away started cutting and beleive me she took off nearly 4 inches which matters a lot… i got pissed off and she came front for fringes… i got tat she is not good in Kids haircut, I immediately showed my dots old pic with fringes and asked to do the same, in which fringes was below her eyebrows. that lady jus went and took her hair above her eyebrows and it looked so awkward. I told her i wasnt satisfied with her work… and she dint have a courtesy to say sorry too… very pathetic. I have seen lot of good people there doing a great job and this woman who doesnt know manners and to do service, please dont encourage these kind of people.

Had a very good experience with Brazilian blowout. This is my third time that I have got the Brazilian blowout done at shahnaz. Sonia did an amazing job ! I very much recommend shahnaz.

I am a regular customer of Shahnaz Salon since their opening. I have availed all of their services from eyebrow threading, full face waxing, arm and leg waxing, bleach facial, hair cut, hair styling, coloring, highlighting even i did ear piercing from them. I highly recommend this place for full service. The staffs are very friendly and they are reasonably priced.

They are good for eyebrow threading but I wouldn’t recommend them for waxing as they are were trying to rush and when I got home I noticed my skin was a little burnt.

Had good layered cut after v long time. the professional name was Sonia. Got done exactly wat I wanted. If you are looking for desi saloon and treatment, this is the place:). Ask for Sonia. She is patient, friendly and does her job with smiling place. I will be back for sure:)

I like this salon for eyebrow threading. It’s cheap ($ 4.00) and I am always attended quickly. I gave it 4 stars because a few times that I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded, they have been a little rough and made me bleed on my eye lid. I have not had any other services done here but will continue to come back. They always leave my eyebrows well shaped and I like the mini temple massage that is given after threading with lotion to soothe area.

Showed up at 7:50 pm to get my eyebrows threaded, nothing else. There were about 15 employees walking around and one of them walks past me, doesn’t even look at me, and says, «I’m sorry we’re closed.» So I responded, «Oh I’m sorry… I thought y’all closed at 8… I just got off work and needed my eyebrows threaded…» Then she said, «Yes, we close at 8 but stop services at 7:45.» Im sorry but what’s the point of saying you’re open until 8 if you can’t come in and have a 2 – 5 minute service performed 10 minutes before closing? I rushed to this location after work to have my eyebrows done and if I’d known they stopped taking customers at 7:45 I could have gone somewhere else. Extremely frustrating. I really wanted to give this place a shot, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will not return.

I thought I’d try this place out after work one day, since eyebrow threading is only $ 4.
I’m not sure what I was expecting for $ 4, but the girl took too much off my left eyebrow. I might try it out again and mention this incident and see if someone else can do better.
