Oh, Salata, how I love you! This salad place is by far the best! Fresh ingredients, delicious teas & lemonades, and such kind employees! The manager/owner is also extremely wonderful. I like Salata SO much better than Snappy. They also have a new Southlake location that is just lovely! Definitely my go-to place for a big, delicious salad!

I’m a regular here because I love salad and I love their lemon vinaigrette dressing. I always loved the customer service. Everyone was patient and friendly. I’ve noticed on my last 3 – 4 visits that the customer service has gone way downhill. I’m not sure what changed, but it’s noticeable. Service isn’t friendly anymore. When you ask for extra veggies, they act like it’s an issue. The experience is not the same as it used to be. If they keep it up, they’re going to lose one of their most loyal customers. I’ve been wanting to try Bread Zeppelin and Snappy Salads anyway, so this might be a good excuse to do so. I’m reducing my rating from 5 to 3 as a result. Also they charge 50 cents per extra veggie topping when it used to be included in the price. And they no longer sale their dressings in the bottle. I still appreciate the fresh veggies and the quality dressings

When I heard about a salad place I worried about the taste I would get from eating«leaves». Not being much health conscious myself, I was pleasantly surprised at how satisfied I felt having a regular size chicken salad with spicy chipotle ranch. There were so much options to put in your salad. I also saw they sold wraps and soups. It was all fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back with my vegetarian husband and try out their vegetarian options as well.

Wow! Salata exceeded our expectations and more! Not only is this place amazing quality but is also a much better value than its competitors. At Salata, you get unlimited toppings for the same price you would pay at Snappy Salads(where you can only pick 8) or Saladworks(where you can only choose 5). They also have a tea/lemonade bar with a variety of different delicious teas and lemonades to choose from. The customer service was fantastic as well. We WILL be back!!!

I went to this place once, I kind of felt it’s not my style of salad. It’s something very different taste of mixing all kinds of Mediterranean food styles.

We walked into this place when it was like 10 minutes before closing. The girl serving us from behind the bar was extremely rude, and just wanted us to get our stuff and get out asap! The salad bar is well stocked though, pretty standard fare. We’re not going again for sure. Staff friendliness is important for me!

I like this place!!! Good salads for a good price! Can’t beat that. I’ll definitely be coming back. I did see some things that bothered me as far as sanitation goes. Employees wear gloves but touch everything with their gloves on the dog their hands in the salad. Defeats the purpose. I saw one even coughing into her hand. Made me a little sick to think about it but I was so hungry so I stayed. I took my greens with a side of germs like a champ! Lol

Hello beautiful is exactly what comes to my mind when I step into Salatas. With so many options it’s so difficult to choose. For my health cautious plant-based eaters beware of stepping into a bundle of joy. The food is fresh and brings not only nutrition but, tremendous satisfaction to your tastebuds. You have been warned!

I have been to Salatas on a couple of occasions. My sister told me about it. I went one evening after work, as I do appreciate a good salad. I’m glad I went, it was extremely fresh, and I love all the choices! I didn’t give it 5-stars simply because it is rather expensive. I would probably go more often. However it is good and if you dig a salad, you will dig this place!

How have I not heard about this place until today??? What a treat for all the salad lovers If you’re not you surely will become one after going to Salata. I stumbled on this place while searching for a spot to get a fresh salad for lunch. The offer the freshest ingredients for your salad or wrap. From varieties in lettuce and tortillas you are sure to find the combination that suits your taste buds. Salata also has a wide variety of proteins to choose from which can help change your traditional meal into something new and even more enjoyable. I was very impressed with the set up of the restaurant. Very well kept and the line flowed smoothly. I will definitely be recommending Salata to my friends and coworkers. A great location surrounded by the growing Las Colinas area.

You can get a great salad here. They have many types of lettuce including spinach and kale, and a great assortment of fresh veggies, proteins and cheeses. It’s nice to not be charged by the ounce so you can veggie up! I love that your salad is being prepared by a staff rather than every Tom, Dick and Susie sticking their grubby hands in to serve their self. And bonus, they toss your salad at the end. It’s pretty pricy for a salad but it’s delish! They have several gluten free options for the salad dressings. 9÷3÷15 update: Dropping my rating to 3 stars and not because of the food. I was very disappointed on my last visit that my long wait time in line was extended since they kept stopping the line to make the call in orders. I was 5th in line and it took 20 minutes to get through the line. By the time we got to sit down to eat, the line was wrapping around all of the tables(which were mostly empty by the way) because no one could get through the line. Instead of a relaxing meal, it was people gawking at what we ate and our table and chairs being bumped. Very poor execution by the lunch manager.

Fresh greens for you to build your own salad bowl. Ingredients from kale, spinach, spring mix, to regular lettuce. Toppings varies from sprouts, beets, olives, jalapenos, carrots, cilantro with a few seeds options. I got a to go box with kale, spinach, and spring mix with toppings of grapes, pumpkin seeds, mandarin oranges, and olive. I wasn’t limited in my toppings so that’s a plus! My dressings of choice was just oil and vinegar. The large size is $ 8. Small is $ 6. You get two slices of toasted bread of choice with your salad.

I’m completely obsessed with this place. They don’t weigh your salad so it’s a fixed price between the small and normal(small is plenty enough) and therefore you have an endless amount of toppings to put on your salad. They have tofu and falafel as well! The place is clean to the last bit and the restrooms are also very well kept. Definitely recommend.

Vegan dressings are: balsamic vinaigrette, fat free sun dried tomato, lemon vinaigrette. Love this place but it is pretty expensive since they charge for every.single.item you want in your salad. There is really NO reason a salad should cost $ 11(vegan) when those basic ingredients can be bought at a farmer’s market for less. And I can make my own falafel at home. But I guess we are all paying out of convenience and who is going to pay for the salary of some of those nice employees? And charging for tofu/falafel yet bacon is free??? Society’s priorities are skewed. Obvisously, health is not the top of our lists but we pretend it is by coming to Salata.

I didn’t have time to pack a lunch today. After fighting off the urge to get Street Tacos I ordered takeout from Salata and was thoroughly impressed. They offer most items you could want on a salad, and it’s almost all-inclusive at $ 8. You pay extra for actual protein/tofu, but bacon is free. You also get bread/pita chips on the side at no additional charge. The line was ridiculously long when I walked in, but since I ordered online(using their impressive website) I was able to walk right up and pickup my order. Totally recommend this place.

OMG I could eat here multiple times a day… if I had more money.(But let’s face it: I expect to pay a lot for a salad; that’s just how it is.) Any time I don’t have anything to eat for lunch or I «accidentally» leave leftovers at home, I will go here. Anything you could ever want on a salad, to order. I’ve been here many times and have only had to «wait» once. But, I also try not go to between 12 – 1(HELLO, Las Colinas is crazy then). Anyway, YUMMY. Try it!

Fresh, fast and friendly! I love that they have endless options of veggies and an assorted selection of protein. My favorite is the marinated herb chicken, but there are at least 5 other options of flavored chicken, plenty more meats and seafood. At the end of the line your food is well mixed and served in the original stainless bowl where you started its creation. The line goes fast, so be ready to make your selections.

I usually eat at the West Plano location, but this one is near my work. It wasn’t until I came here that I realized they ask you, «1 or 2 scoops?» for the dressing. We’re only offered 1 scoop in Plano… and um, I was actually kind of mortified because their ladle is a 2-serving scoop already. So if you get 2 scoops, you’re getting 4 servings of dressing — and unless you are getting fat-free dressing, that’s about 44 – 60 grams of fat right there. Anyway, Salata makes healthy options very available to the average, busy working person — but you can accidentally make a very unhealthy salad if you don’t know the nutrition facts. Sorry for the nutrition spiel. As usual, ingredients are very fresh at Salata. Love coming here!

I like the concept here. You go in line and pick your salad fixings similar to subway style. Pick your lettuce, veggies, meat, salad dressing. If you choose a salad with veggies and legumes, you can stay pretty full with this too… the price is well worth it. It’s when you add in chicken or seafood that makes it a bit high for me price wise for a salad. I also don’t think their meat is exceptionally good tasting so I like to come here when I am in a veg and healthy mood. My fave dressings are Fresh Herb Vinaigrette and Balsamic Vinaigrette. They also let you sample the meats and dressings before you decide on what you want. Which I always appreciate.

Salata: the next generation salad bar! Who ever said healthy eating can’t be fun has clearly never stepped foot into Salata. These suckers are anything but boring. This location is immaculately clean and stocked with super fresh fixings. Best of all, there is something here for everyone. Soups, wraps and other healthy salad alternatives are available for all preferences. I usually opt for a salad and load it with pretty much anything and everything in sight. They are stocked with every fixing imaginable, so this may not be for the indecisive personality. Get creative and live a little. Be sure to check out the protein bar that is full of cooked meats and seafood if you’re in the mood to indulge for the day. Sure, it’s a bit pricey for a salad, but when you consider the health aspect and factor it in with the quality, taste and convenience, it easily beats most other lunch choices out there!
