If you want a full body workout unlike any other gym visit S.W.E.A.T. I promise you your body will thank you after it recovers. Try the boxing class if you’re up for an intense session. As a fit individual this facility pushed me harder than I’ve ever trained. The trainers are world class athletes who will take their time and still get you past your comfort level. Kudos!!!

Wow! What a facility!!! Top Notch equipment! Well Educated Trainers… I visited this Gym recently to see what the Buzz was about. Impressive is all I have to say. This brings training and Boxing to all New Level. I will be back… more often if it were closer to me. Please let me know when you expand to NE Dallas!

I have been working with Lex off and on for several years. He is a very knowledgeable trainer and takes pride in understanding the particular needs of every client he works with. I’ve been playing basketball since I was a kid, and Lex has been great advising me on agility and speed training. Recently during a game I tore ligaments in my knee and am currently in the rehab process, and Lex has already promised to help as much as he can in my restrengthening process. I know that SWEAT Boxing and Training is under great leadership with him there. Even though I have since moved to Toronto for work, I still have a great relationship with Lex and communicate with him often for advice on achieving my goals.

I love this gym!

I’ve been doing boxing lessons with Brandon on Wednesdays. Even though they are for an hour, we usually go over, because he wants to make sure we aren’t skimping on any part of the workout. Each session has really pushed me, and I can tell that my conditioning is coming back strong. Additionally, he has been giving advice and instructions for workout, recovery, and diet for the rest of the week. I’m going to have to start attending the bootcamps as well. Much more interactive and fun than a regular gym training session — boxing with Brandon will really push you and get you in shape fast.

When I started training with SWEAT and Brandon I could do 5 whole pushups. I now routinely knock out 100+ as a warmup. Though I no longer workout with Brandon, as relocation prevents that, I still use what I learned to guide my workouts. There’s nothing better than the training I received from SWEAT. From boxing to circuit training to speed training to some inventive ways to increase muscle, there’s no question I recommend giving it a go.
Plus, compared to most personal trainers, SWEAT is actually affordable!

From day one, the S.W.E.A.T. team has taken the time to get to know me, and my goals. It’s clear that every week, Adrianna takes the time to develop a personalized hour-​long session for me, and caters it to help me reach and exceed my physical potential. No two sessions are alike, but the intensity and results are consistent. I have worked with trainers in the past, but have never looked forward to my work-​outs until now. She is motivating and tough all at the same time, which is exactly what I need to accomplish my goals.

Every time I have trained with a S.W.E.A.T team member, I have received a great, intense hour of training focused on my personal goals. Consistency is the key to accomplishing your goals, and I know that every time I work out, I get a consistent, focused and challenging session. I have done boot camps around the area, and trained with other personal trainers, but I’ve never worked with such a consistent and focused group like S.W.E.A.T.
