Resource One Credit Union

IF I could rate this place any lower I would, I have once again encountered another dispute issue due to my card being used at walgreens for over $ 300 and had the card in my possession. I have done the whole fill out forms send them in and wait 10 business days for this clear, mind you I even called to make sure they received the forms. They now tell me 2 wks later they did not receive my paper work even after I called and verified. I can not do their jobs for them. I want my money returned. Super furious with this bank COMPANY.

Isabell was very friendly and helpful. She provided excellent service and direction in showing my how to open and manage my account. Her positive attitude made my trip to the bank a breeze.

Never had problems making a transaction in there, but their costumer service sucks. They don’t greet you or say anything when you are done. Just hand you the receipt and turn around to do something else. It’s happened everytime I’ve been there. I would go somewhere else if I had a choice, but they are the only ones that work with my actual bank.

UPDATE:
This place is a complete disgrace! Shame on you! I used my debit card for a small transaction, which ended up being cancelled. They decided to hold every dollar I had at this credit union and make it not available. Thank goodness I was not travelling and have an account with another credit union! When I called them (I talked to two different people) and no one knew what was going on or how to fix it. Just that there was nothing that they could understand or even how to fix it! What a scandal!
This is an update to a previous review, which I had recommended this credit union, but just not this branch. Well, now I do NOT recommend Resource One Credit Union at all!

Used to be a five star to me. Yes, it’s still a great credit union. No checking account fees! Like I have said before, this is very important to me. I’m not going to pay any place for a checking account! Not when there are ones out there that don’t charge us.
My reason for dropping from a five star to a three star was all about customer service. The teller was way beyond rude today! I know customer service doesn’t really exist in many companies today, but come on! Since there are other branches, I still want people to know that there is still great customer service at this credit union, just not this location.
