Prime AC and Heat

Best AC company I’ve ever encountered!
Please read whole feedback:
I had a well known competing company, will not mention name, come out and take care of us on Saturday while we were out of town and our AC went out completely Saturday.
My debt card was charged $ 626 and no answers or calls back on what was wrong or what they had fixed or we needed to watch out for.
My husband And I were complaining to a good friend about how we felt ripped off by this competitor, and they recommended giving PRIME AC and HEAT a call, and I couldn’t be happier I did!
Not only were they out same day, but their service charge was $ 79, vs the $ 99 we paid.
On top of that, we got the god honest truth on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and looked after. We are so grateful for Jorge, he told what was truly wrong and what needed to be fixed and what we needed to watch out for.
He, also, cleaned out our AC unit, which the first company we paid $ 626 did not do!
And told us exactly what we needed and what we didn’t. Needless to say, I’m waiting for a call back from the initial (competing) company to figure out. 1.) why I paid a $ 90 service charge and my unit wasn’t even cleaned and freon wasn’t even checked/​toped off and, 2.) why they installed a $ 250 part we never needed and never had before just to jack up our bill!, 3.) why they didn’t tell us what was truly wrong with our unit: capacitors, fan motor and compressor!
Thank god for Prime AC & Heat, we would’ve been out the funds and found ourselves the worst way.
