I had a very bad experience booking y family flight tickets with this agent. I’ve never seen such an arrogant and violent person. Being an Indian apart from cheaper price the main reason you go to a travel agent is to get some minor customizations like having less layover hours. I went for the same reason and booked my tickets through this agency. After booking I ticket if I try to reach him to get any clarification he will literally starts yelling at you to call the Airline Customer care to get anything clarified. He doesn’t even let you speak and not even listen what you are trying to ask. I’ve actually lost around $ 700 because of arrogance.
Even if he is giving you 50% lesser than other agency, avoid going to this Travel Agency at any cost.
