The entire staff and doctors are very pleasant to work with. They recognize their patients and always answer questions thoroughly. My asthma is almost nonexistent since beginning injections.

I love the Irving office! Ms. Cindy is always there to greet you with a smile! The wait time for a scheduled appointment is never longer than 5 – 10 minutes. There is usually no wait for allergy injection visits. Dr. Cole is more than willing to spend time with you and answer any questions you may have. They go out of their way to customize your treatment and explain everything fully before you get started. The nurses are so great! Very professional and attentive to your needs. I’ve been receiving weekly allergy shots for about four months now and I could not be more pleased with this office and its staff!
Bonus: when I needed an EpiPen, they freely offered me a manufacturers coupon to get the pen for free!

This place is great! Awesome service and really friendly when you consider that many times you’re coming in for tests involving pin pricks etc. Olivia the physician’s assistant makes you feel at home, and I found Dr. Cole to be very helpful and open to hearing symptoms that may have even sounded a little crazy. Humility in a doctor is a good quality.
