Great service and great donuts!!! Love seeing Mimi’s donuts outside of church every Sunday. Not only are their donuts great, the fact this place is so charitable and generous makes me want even more. I am a fan and I will definitely be coming back!!!

2 dozen donut holes, 2 mini kolches $ 5.20 donut holes were very small & square shape(lazy version of donut holes). Kolches were extra doughy & way too much bread. They didn’t taste like any kolches I’ve ever had in Texas! I think they need a new recipe. Not much variety either. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Scenario: Apple Fritter + Jalapeño Hot(aka hot dog role) =…take a guess… no seriously take a guess… $ 4.70… Seriously? You can get a dozen donuts for that elsewhere. The quality was above average but the price FAR exceeded average so if you have options, save some money. You’ve been warned

If you want yesterday’s donuts, go here. Absolutely the worst donuts. The kolache tasted like it was wrapped in a fried hot dog bun according to my boyfriend.

Saw the reviews and since I was passing by thought I would stop in. I got a chocolate mile, 2 large kolaches, and 2 chocolate glazed donuts. While they were friendly and added 3 donut holes I didn’t enjoy the $ 10 price tag for all of it. Then I thought«well at least it’ll be good» NOT! The donuts weren’t bad but nothing spectacular and the kolaches were dry and just blah. Don’t waste your money!

Went here thanks to reviews. Absolutely terrible… worst donut shop I have ever been to. Donuts were stale and not at all fresh, chocolate milk was not good, very bland and extremely overpriced. I have NEVER paid over $ 10 for only a few donuts and donut holes. As someone who gets donuts often I was extremely unsatisified and will never come back. If i had the options to rate zero stars i would.

I don’t know how this place has such good reviews. If you like chewy crappy donuts, you’ll love this place. Just tasted it minutes ago and I can’t get the taste out of my mouth quick enough.

It’s so hard finding a donut place anywhere near my commutes to my workplaces. I found Mimi’s the first day of snow this past winter and I absolutely needed a glazed baked perfection after a horrendous night at work. The owner was very happy and pleasant despite the terrible weather outside. The donuts were perfect. Light, airy, not too sweet, and very fresh. This place, is my true hidden gem. I paid in change for the donuts. LOVE!

Great place to grab some donuts in the morning. My toddler daughter has no complaints. They offer a variety of cake donuts as well as regular. Have a small selection of juice and soda. Usually have pigs in a blanket. If you buy a few donuts they usually throw in a few donut wholes. At least with a toddler on your hip they do.

I was never a big donut fan before I moved to Dallas. Then some Chicago friends came to visit and RAVED about Dallas’ donuts after stopping at some random shop. I was intrigued, so I stopped at the first donut shop I spotted from the road — Mimi’s. It was an epiphany — fresh, airy, lightly glazed. I inhaled it like Homer Simpson. Krispy Kreme is acceptable but not great. I think their donuts have a slightly oily flavor. Mimi’s donuts have not one hint of that. The amazing thing is, no matter where you are in DFW, there’s a donut shop within stone’s throw, and so far, I haven’t encountered a bad one.
