Awful. We were greeted by a six year old who was running the register on a Monday afternoon. Not surprisingly our order came up short. When I asked for the missing item it came way later and the woman announced to the table«you can pay at the front» and walked off. I told her I had already paid but she couldn’t be bothered. Then when we were leaving there was no one in the dining room and not even a child to be seen behind the register. So we left. Then the woman chased us out into the parking lot causing an accident. We explained that we’d already paid. She said no one of you owes for an appetizer. We told her to check the receipts of she needed to verify but I’m not going to argue with you about a $ 3 item that I’ve already paid for and wasn’t even pleased with. She came back out and showed us our three receipts and we showed her that we’d already paid and tipped. Her response was«okay you can leave then». No apology. Nothing. Pitiful excuse for a restaurant. The kid was probably the most competent person in the building. Just terrible.

Lins Kitchen off shady grove is the only place in south Irving we will eat Chinese from! It’s always ready quickly and service is super friendly! We get the seafood fried rice and Sesame chicken, but friends get other stuff and it’s always excellent!

The dumplings are crispy and always delicious. The fried rice can be somewhat bland at times but it’s by far some of the best Chinese food you can find in Irving.

This is a great place for Chinese food. Been there several times and plan to go back many more. Won Ton soup is very good, Lo Mein is excellent. Since I can’t go to NY every time I want Chinese food, this is the best place to go!

Usually come Here just for the crab rangoons! Cheap and the pockets are full of cream cheese! They don’t skimp on filling! Other foods are decent, dumplings and shrimp plates are the best! Parking completely blows, probably enough for like 3 cars if the dry cleaners next to it is busy. You can probably fit more cars in a garage than in this lot. If you’re lucky enough to get a parking, they have a nice little dining area inside!

Great mom and pop place. Fast food. Love the orange chicken and orange beef!!! Come often and they will get to know you and do it your way. Like people have said the ambiance leaves a little yo desired but the food it good and still hot when you get it home.

Lin’s Kitchen 2 is a good little mom & pop hole-in-the-wall Chinese food joint. It is literally just one couple taking orders and cooking up food… and I think they do it well! I usually can call in an order and my food is ready in 15 mins or less and they are friendly. I wouldn’t recommend eating in if you’re looking for a place with ambiance because it is quite Spartan, but I always take my food to-go anyway. Some have said it has a fishy smell, but all small authentic Chinese restaurants smell that way to me. Think about it: they’re in a little kitchen inside a small building cooking up various seafood items, as well as lots of cabbage and broccoli, so of course it might smell a little fart-y or aquarium-like. But I digress. Food! I am an egg-drop soup lover and they make a pretty good one – kinda on the peppery side, but I like that. The wonton soup is all right. Their ribs are really good! Dumplings(both fried and steamed) are good. Egg rolls are all right. My favorite dish is the shrimp with broccoli. Sometimes they can be a little skimpy with the shrimp, but they don’t overcook the broccoli(very important to me) and they DO have excellently steamed sticky rice! It’s never dry or crumbly like some other places. The fried rice is good too. It does have a slight yellow tint to it, but I thought all fried rice kind of does. I’m pretty sure it’s just from the cooking oil they use and possibly the carrots pieces in it. Either way, I’m not worried and it tastes good, but I do wish they put little bits of egg in their fried rice. None of the dishes I have had have been overly-salty and they seem to be pretty consistent with the quality, so you should give them a try. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that I believe they are closed on Tuesdays. I’m not sure if that is listed here or on their website, but I pass by almost every day and I’m pretty sure that Tuesday is the one day they are closed.

It has a fishy smell that takes some getting used to. I usually get sweet and sour chicken, plain fried rice, egg roll, and crab Rangoon. I wish they had fountain drinks. Lighting is bad and seating is uncomfortable. Fast service.

It was not bad for the price. The one thing that stood out was they had perfect steamed sticky rice. Hot and sour soup was good(not as good as Rice Wok Express on Irving blvd). My chicken dish I ordered came to me as a beef dish but it was still good. I wish the had fountain drinks rather than can drinks. We were the only one in the store at lunch time and the radio is a little on the loud side. At least they were listening to Jack FM and not Radio Labonita a mundo. Its worth visiting this place. Keep in mind, this is Irving. As we know its not the city it was even 10 years ago. Thus, be very safe and very careful when in the area.

Tried the veggie fried rice and uh, I’m not sure why it was yellow in color? The flavor was okay but I admit to being pretty bias when it comes to good chinese food. The veggies seemed to be frozen and everything was salty. Their menu states no MSG so I’m not sure what’s in it. Maybe I’ll try another dish since the place was pretty busy. There must be a reason why.
