Usually order from here and place my order online. Don’t expect them to be fast, got my sandwich more than an hour late. I called the store when it was 1 hr late and put me on hold forever. No one ever responded. Great customer service I must say! Not.

I work very close to this location and order from here often. They delivery very fast and I can always count on them to get here quick. I’ve only had one incident where the delivery person got lost or something like that, but that was over a year ago. Overall, extremely satisfied with this location.

The one in irving off of O’Connor. There is one kid that drives a black car. Soon as its time for him to do a delivery he throws the bags of orders in the front seat. If you pass there door and look in but don’t go in they will talk about you. Its alot of immature people that work there and very loud. When you ask them for something specific on your sandwich its almost like they have an attitude and don’t want to do it. Some Days there bread is fresh other days its hard. JUSTTHOUGHTYALLSHOULDKNOW…

Not a fan of jimmy johns. Their meat tastes old and the bread tastes like what I would imagine cardboard. While they are convenient and delivery is quick I would much rather go stand in line at subway and pay more for a better quality sandwich

My daughter just placed a to-go order and when she returned home, my sandwich order was wrong. NO onions and NO cucumbers turned in to ADD onions and ADD cucumbers. This is the 2nd time my order has been wrong at this store. My daughter knows I’m allergic so I know she ordered it correctly. She actually went to the location versus delivery because my last order was wrong too. Since Im so highly allergic to onions, once again my sandwich from this location ends up in the trash.

The delivery was speedy and the food was well made for jimmy johns. Service was extremely friendly which puts this above other jimmy johns I’ve been to.

I understand orders get screwed up now and then, having worked in food service for far longer than I’d like to admit. But when someone orders something, and gets something completely different, something they can’t eat at all, the proper answer is not«we’ll give you a credit for $ 5», when that won’t even cover the sandwich itself. Nor should you try to argue with a customer that’s already annoyed.

Jimmy John’s is fast and efficient. Those are truly their golden selling points. I like their sandwiches overall, but I usually go to them because they are fast and cheap. The staff are always friendly and they really do make those sandwiches stinking fast. ~Carpe Diem~

Walked in to order sandwich. To go. Place had bad odor.(Like strong industrial cleaner or hospital) Left with order. Tasted like very cheap meat. Nasty. Not turned. Just not good. Threw it away. Went elsewhere to buy lunch. Yuck

By far disgusting I found a blonde piece of hair in my sandwich. That is just disgusting and unsanitary. I defiantly will not be back to this location. The worst feeling when you’re eating and a long strand of hair is in your mouth. Disgusting.

Can I just not even give them a rating? Because I feel that rating them one star is too much. The first time my coworkers and I ate at this location, we ordered 3 sandwiches straight off the menu, of course one had like«no mayo» or «add tomatoes» something rather simple. After placing the order, I find out they don’t deliver– even though my office is 3 miles away. Fine, I went and picked it up, but then all of our sandwiches were completely wrong from what we had ordered. So I call and they offer to let me come pick up 3 free sandwiches, that was greatly appreciated, however they still did not leave any explanation for why do not deliver to my office. The next time we ordered there, I was leaving my office to go pick it up and they show up with it being delivered. Much to my surprise. So I obviously can’t complain about that, other than they are unclear and then I had to pay with credit card over the phone, instead of the collected cash from my co-workers. The last straw was when I open my sandwich to find a hair inside it. My co-worker and I only get 30 minutes for lunch, so I could not go back and get another sandwich. So I called a week later when we decided to eat there again and just let them know what had happened and what could they do for me(similar to the first time). He said he would refund the money and then give me a free meal. I was pleased with this, because the hair really did ruin my meal and experience. However, upon arrival to Jimmy John’s, the GM, Ryan, was incredibly rude and less than polite about giving me a free meal. Then he proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for the chips and drink. I told him that was not going to work, my entire meal was ruined and once something like that happens, you should replace the entire meal for the customer(especially because it was a week later due to my schedule). He told me he «did not appreciate my attitude-» so I proceeded to tell him about all of the other negative experiences(which includes reckless driving by the Jimmy John’s drivers and the above issues) and how I did not appreciate his attitude as the manager. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Jimmy John’s for a very long time and will NEVER return to this location. It was not so much the issues with the food, it was how the employees chose to handle each of the situations and finally how I was told that my attitude about a hair in my food was not appreciated– should I not have been upset? Their food is too expensive anyways to just let it go, especially being on a budget. I would suggest going to the Jimmy Johns at 1810 West Mockingbird in Dallas, TX it is a few miles away and worth the extra mileage.

DONOTUSETHISLOCATION! THISWILLBEYOURONLYWARNING – unless you are reading the reviews and then you all ready know this place is a big NO. We have used them repeatedly because they are near our office. And almost every time it’s a huge long wait, with a really bad excuse and that’s if they show up at all. Once they told us that we called and cancelled our order. That they talked to me and I cancelled my order – that’s something I like to think I’d remember doing. I’m waiting now – one hour and counting, car broke down, person sent to pick up and deliver broken down cars orders couldn’t find them, second car – you get the idea. Do I have food? NOPE. Is it more than an hour late? YEP.

Ordered from here for the first time today. Have lived in Irving for about a month and didn’t feel like leaving to get lunch so JJ’s was on my go to list of deliveries. Placed my order online for the #1 Pepe with chips, a drink and a pickle. Overall I was thoroughly impressed. The sandwich itself was basic which is what I ordered. Meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo! Simple enough. Bread was fresh and not hard or stale like you can find more often than not at subway. Fresh ingredients and fast delivery! Ordered at 12 and got it at 1230. That was quick considering how busy I know they get. For the price and convenience alone this place was awesome. Will order from again soon!

I cannot believe this place is still in business. The sandwich is small compared to subway for 8 bucks. The customer service was horrible. I ordered my sandwich and they did not even give me a bag to put it in. Bunch of college rejects in there putting together sandwiches and cannot even do that right. Next time I will go to potbelly or subway if I am going to be robbed of my 8 bucks. Or maybe I should start my own sandwich business.

I was in Dallas for a few days on business and our job ordered in. I got the regular Roast Beef sub with nothing on it. And it literally had nothing on it. Had I got the normal toppings on there(lettuce, tomato, mayo, etc), it would have only hid the ONE slice of roast beef that didn’t even reach from end to end. I had to fold it over and put it on one half of the sub roll to make it feel like I wasn’t just eating bread. I even had enough bread left to make another sub. I try not to judge off of one experience, but if you skimp on the meat like that, then I can’t chance it on my dime the next time. At least slice it up thin and make it look like there is more meat on there!

Alright!!! They have redeemed themselves! And so very happy! As today we ordered again and the sub was super perfect. Matter of fact this was the best Jimmy John sub ive ever had. Now to NOTE !!! When you order online, when it ask for you to customize the sub, PLEASE do… i put for EXTRA on all toppings. I never had to do this in the past because the sub would be made with the perfect amount of veggies. But at this rate making sure to put extra for all made a huge difference. It was SOOOOOOO Good! Now I’m happy full and Jimmy has won me back!!!

I like this place… because: 1. The menu is straightforward. 2. The subs are big. 3. They’re fast! 4. They don’t skimp out on ingredients. 5. The bread is cut in such a way that the fillings don’t slide out of the sandwich while you’re eating and you get everything in every bite! I especially enjoy the Beach Club. If you don’t like cold sandwiches, want soup or salad, you’ll have to go some place else. It’s just cold sandwiches, chips and soda here. And you can buy day old bread for $.45!
