SAVE YOUR MONEY. Horrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars! This place is absolutely ridiculous. Our family bought a new TV lamp from them for our TV because our TV lamp went out (or we thought). We brought our old lamp with us when we picked up the new lamp for $ 100. The guy working told us that if this lamp didn’t work, it was no big deal and to come back and he could give us our old lamp back instead. So we tried the new lamp and it ended up not working so we called back and asked for our old lamp and refund but they said they didn’t do refunds and that they didn’t have our old lamp. He NEVER even mentioned final sale to us before we made the purchase. If the man working hadn’t acted like we would be refunded or if he had actually kept his word and given us our original lamp back after he specifically said he would save it and wait for us to let him know if it worked or not, then it wouldn’t be an issue. This is a place that specializes in things like this and I’m sure that they can tell whether or not a lamp is burnt out just by looking at it or testing it. For them to do this is absolutely ridiculous. Such a SCAM. We will NEVER be using them again! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I was just in Irving Texas 2 weeks ago when my Laptop went out. Irving Electronics was able to fix my Laptop at a great price. The service was very quick.

This business is quite proficient with computers and TVs alike. Open all days of the week, they turn around your problematic device within 24 – 48 hours and at quite reasonable price. Gary is very honest and downright professional & practical, which helps the customers to return to him for other problems and not waste time wondering where to take your electronic devices. I highly recommend this business for your repairwork to Laptops, Desktops, netbooks, HD TVs, etc.

Purchased a dlp lamp for my mitsubishi tv. Appreciated that they were open on sunday and the price was very reasonable. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and honest. This differed from similar store in dallas that sold me a dlp lamp that was a knockoff as though it was oem and broke a few months later.

So, our really big, really fancy, only 3 years old Samsung TV went out. The warranty expired a couple months ago (go figure) so the dude called around a few places and found these guys.
They came out, took it apart and made a diagnosis (this is what could be wrong, we can fix today… this is what MAY be wrong, we can fix but will cost a shitload and take a while to order the part). They basically said hey we’re gonna put this part in, if it fixes it then you pay $ 150. If it doesn’t fix it, then you just pay the service fee ($ 50).
Sounds good to me. Unfortunately the easy route didn’t fix it, and apparently we have a lemon TV that is going to cost several hundo to fix (the light engine?) — however, the guy basically said oh well samsung is known for shitty TVs and they are being sued a lot lately, so maybe contact them directly and see what they can do for you. If not, we’ll definitely help you out, but it’s just not a cheap thing to fix.
In and out, and only $ 50. (TWSS) I can respect that. Thanks for being cool.

So if you have any little household electronics with issues (mainly TVs, components and computers), give these guys a call — they’ll shoot you straight.
