This was the worst experience I have had I am in a foreign state trying to ship things back to where I live I have a fed ex account and the woman is telling me she can’t look it up. Was scrambling to catch a flight and Bruce helped me tape up package and put labels on all packages to help speed up shipment process.

I wouldn’t recommend this Fed Ex Office store to anyone. I called and asked basic questions about labels for my jars and kept getting cut off. The associate was also talking way too fast and had the audacity to say I wasn’t giving him enough information. Now, how am I supposed to do that when you love hearing yourself talk? I took my business elsewhere.

This location really needs to get more than two copy machines. I mean really. If they are busy, then there is a long wait for a machine. This time I was able to walk in and handle my business with no issue though so they get three stars.
Love that you can print from a zip drive now. VERY convenient.

I was confused since I was looking for a Kinko’s FedEx in the area but there were none. I just happened to stop into this location to see if they knew of a nearby place where I could use a computer besides the library. Well, this place has the Kinko’s FedEx set up but not the name.
