Elegant Beauty Day Spa

A small clean place approximately 100sqf or less. Own and operate my Nicole. Service one customer at a time. Initially she was great. Extremely courteous and professional. Then she was good. And before my last wrap (which I will forgo) she was rude and I lost interest. Granted it was my fault that I had forgotten abt the appt. I asked to be rescheduled but I must pay a $ 35 fee. So I said I would rush there. If I am late I said she doesn’t have to see me. I would understand. She said: «Don’t come., your appointment has been CANCELED for today.»
Without my consent she canceled me. She said I can reschedule but her attitudes killed any I interest I have left to see her or to have my body wrapped by her.

Found this place on Groupon AWESOME Nicole is AMAZING funny and very knowledgeable!!! She wants nothing but the best results for you and she made me feel very comfotable, and excited that the wrap is the way to go and that it would work. Very professional. I did three wraps before my vacation and I followed her instructions and saw a MAJOR difference Ill be going back to complete the progress AWESOME time and even better RESULTS that are still here WEEKS later. The wraps work defiantly not a scam or «WATER» weight

Very rude. How rude? I severed ties and just told her to keep the money… the remaining amount was roughly $ 150 rather than deal with her again. I was very polite when severing ties and she insulted me again!!! LOL I let her «get the last word of the conversation but the customer always gets the last word on the reviews!!! :)
FYI: Spa size: roughly 6ft x 6ft (size of a walk in closet)

Process: warm gel in a small crock pot. Grab small paint brush and paint it on ALL problem areas. Be sure to let cool before applying. Then wrap yourself in cyran (sp?) wrap as tight as you can without making yourself uncomfortable. Next lay down for 1 hour. Finally, cut the cyran wrap off and don’t shower for 12 hours.
Tips: Don’t eat 1.5 hours before wrap. Obviously, drink lots of water and lay off the sodas and sodium :)
I would have continued to do it myself but wanted the relaxation of a «spa» treatment. I would have stayed with her had she not been very rude and seemingly lacking basic social competencies.

Great Service!!! This is a smaller spa, but I like it better than the larger ones. You fell as though it’s just you and nothing else. The other spas I called made me feel like I was bothering them when you call for service. I had a few stomach wraps and they REALLY WORK! As long as you are honest and you follow Nicoles directions you will be fine. I’m going back for sure!

I went to Elegant beauty day spa over a week ago. I went in for eyelashes. I’ve gotten flare lashes before but the experience here matches no other! I got there maybe 5 minutes before my appointment time and Nicole was set up and ready for me.
I was asked to remove my shoes and coat, then I was sat down at a very comfy chair and was laid down. I was explained the process of the lash application and reminded throughout that if anything at all bothered me to tell her right away. It seemed like she was very caring about how comfortable you are before continuing or rushing to get things done, I appreciate that. I was also given business cards for friends! There’s a referral program that discounts off services, but I’ll leave Nicole to explain that for you ladies!
I believe she had all her licenses and certificates right by the door, that also made me feel that I was in good hands.
