Totally unprofessionally organization that overcharged me without advising me, were 2 months late delivering my taxes, I had to constantly follow up and took them 6 months to send me an additional bill that I disputed. They then are trying to collect attorney fees and interest and none of it was in the documentation nor did they send me anything after the bill. The worst service I’ve ever experienced from anyone.
