Pharmacy related: Walgreens is worth the short drive three blocks away on Beltline. There are always 5+ people working in the pharmacy, but only 2 willing to help when it gets busy. The rest are standing about… Looking at all the customers.

Dear Whomever is in Charge of the Pharmacy: Your staff are total jerks. Completely insensitive with no customer service skills whatsoever. Train them or fire them. Compassion is important in this line of work. They don’t even have that word in their vocabulary. Also, could this store be any more trashy?! Yuck. No. Stay away.

Avoid this CVS Pharmmacy if at all possible! The parking is horrible. Store is dirty and parking lot. If picking up a prescription be prepared to wait. I always see a line! You would be lucky if they had your prescription right the first time. They are so unorganized and under staffed. Oh even if you have been waiting 15 – 20 minutes for your prescription they will take care of a car that drives up to the window before you. How is that fair? They don’t have separate staff to take care of the drive through. Once you finally get to checkout the customer service is horrid. They treat you like it is your fault for being sick or needing medication and you are a big pain in the butt for coming in to the store. This place needs to be reported to corporate and I’m seriously considering. I will be changing my Pharmacy next time.

Horrible this is my third time that i come for my medecine and is not ready I was in my doctor office at 9 am and came for pick up my medecine at 2 pm and wasnt ready they told me came back in half hour and came back now at 5:30 and they told if I can come inside and pick up the medecine because it wasnt ready yet they need 15 more min. I can believe if somebody have responsabity for this kind of ugly customer service need fix it I definately will change to better customer service drugstore absolutely

Pharmacists have no customer service skills on the phone. Seems like a pretty busy location, it took 2 hours to get the prescription filled. The parking lot is a mess, horrible drivers + horrible sideways parking. Sketch area; the detergents had security alarms on them… wtf. I came specifically looking for a line of semi-newly released line of nail polishes and they only had 2 crappy shades left :-(no new WnW palettes either, sigh… The only plus was that they had 2 coupon machines and the one at the front actually worked, big fan of extra bucks when they have an inventory of products to purchase. I will be spending my money at other locations. P. S. Mr. Grumpy Pharmacist, it may have been a crappy Monday but there’s no need to put that on others.

Jessica in pharmacy went above and beyond at the end of her shift to get my mom’s prescription together. It was late, I was tired and the insurance company didn’t initially want to approve. Jessica stayed past the end of her shift, fought with the computer and the insurance, talking with my sister on my cell phone to make sure insurance information correct all to make sure it got done. Once everything was approved and the pharmacist was putting it together, she wanted to apologize to Mom for taking so long. Good job Jessica. Thanks bunches.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to I will not use this store any longer… Pharmacist at this location are worthless and so is the staff at this incompetent store if you can use another store use them I will use Las Colinas Pharmacy off O’ Connor and 114
