I have to brag on my Irving High School classmate, Jimmy Dean. My husband’s laptop(only 1−½ years old) lost power all of a sudden. Nothing I did helped. Purchased at Office Depot, it would cost $ 300 just to send it off for troubleshooting. No guarantees. I brought the Toshiba in for Jimmy at The Computer Store on Irving Blvd. to look at on Friday. Saturday morning, he called to say it was working, cleaned up & new virus protection. I couldn’t believe it as I was afraid the whole thing would have to be replaced. Saturday evening, I picked up my computer & Jimmy powered it up, showed me what he’d done & gave me a few pointers to boot! All that for around $ 50! Wow! Thank you, Jimmy, for being there — with skills — and for being my friend!
