If I could give negative stars I would. This company failed to deliver my Mother’s Day flowers ordered through Teleflora until my daughter called multiple times. Today they show up 5 days after delivery commitment. The water in the case was brown and smelled. The roses were already turning on the outside and the presentation was nothing like what was ordered. I’m currently waiting for them to pick them back up, only way they’d agree to a refund. Horrible service. Stay away. I wish I could add pictures to this review.

My best friend sent me flowers for my birthday. They arrived wilted and withered. I requested that the driver (in unmarked van) call her boss to make her/​him aware that flowers were in less than stellar condition. Driver refused to do so, and reluctantly gave me the florist’s business name. I did contact the florist, who promised to pick the arrangement up and replace it. This never happened. I knew that my friend would be disturbed by the appearance of the arrangement received. I told my friend about the mishap, and she was shocked. Upon viewing the arrangement, she said it was not as described. She made multiple attempts through FTD and tried to contact the florist directly, but there was no answer. FTD stated that the florist was «confused» about the order. To this date, they have not rectified or resolved the situation with my best friend. If you had a 0 star option, I would have chosen that. Poor customer service, sullen driver and dead flowers. Shame!

Horrible! Wish I had read reviews before ordering from this place! What was delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Overpriced, cheap quality flowers. Extremely disappointed!

Worst florist shop ever!!! I wish that I could give it negative stars.
They just create cheap, dead versions of what you actually order through FTD.
Definitely will never use FTD again based on this «business» they keep contracted with.
I expect an actually appealing replacement or a full refund!

First time EVER doing this and let me tell you guys this is not the best experience for a first timer.
The flowers arrived a day late, the ordered was «upgraded» so with that being said you are looking at a $ 90+, the customer service is horrible and they never return the calls or emails as they say.
Their call center in the Philippines is full of horrible customer service, they never call your or email you as they say they are to keep you «updated.» Called the call center once they were received and they wanted my girlfriend to take the dead flowers to her job (as if receiving them dead wasn’t enough humiliation), take time out of her day and take time from her place of employment to return the flowers to the flower delivery guy. If you have always wanted to buy flowers for someone then stay away from #FTDFLOWERS and community florists!

My husband ordered our first wedding anniversary flowers from this florist. They are some of the worst flowers I have ever seen. My husband is that dude that sends flowers quite often so I know he had no idea something so unorganized and trashy looking was going to show up at my office on such an important date. The flowers he ordered from a national site for our six month mark were five times better than the crap they delivered here. I can also guarantee he ordered a specific amount to be spent which they then stuffed (not arranged) some really bad flowers into a plastic (!!!) vase. I definitely did not get his money’s worth. NEVER EVER use this florist. Hopefully they won’t be in business long because surely no one is dumb enough to use them twice.
Follow up: My husband called ProFlowers from who he actually ordered the flowers. I guess they have started farming out their orders just like FTD and the other guys. That’s too bad because I’ve never had a problem or been disappointed in their services before. Apparently the lady at the local flower shop did answer the phone this time (since the other complaints here state that they never answer the phone). She said all of her flowers were dead and she couldn’t correctly recreate what my husband had picked out so she just worked with what she had available. However, my husband paid $ 60 for an arrangement that had less than $ 20 worth of flowers in it. He’d also upgraded the vase at $ 12 and she sent it over in a .99 plastic vase. My husband was so embarrassed when I showed him what had been delivered. ProFlowers did refund 50% of his money and are replacing the flowers. We asked then to find somebody else to redo them if they weren’t going to send their own.

Community Florist was a contractor for FTD, from whose website I ordered two center pieces for Christmas. The pieces arrived on Monday, Dec. 24 on time, but I had ordered «best» quality from the FTD website. The two center pieces were «gòod» quality, which determined the number of stems and the ones I received were terribly small. I paid $ 159 for pieces that would have cost me $ 80 from my local florist. I’ve made five calls to FTD. The first had them promise Community Florist would re-​deliver appropriate center pieces on Dec. 26 as the only remedy. They never arrived. I called FTD again on the 27^th and was told the new arrangements would arrive the next day. They did not. I called FTD again the 28^th and they told me the designer would need to re-​design the center pieces and re-​deliver. They never arrived. I called FTD again, who told me Community Florist refused to «remedy» the situation. Christmas is gone, but the lesson this gives me is to NEVER order from
again and stick with locals or ProFlowers, who have always given superlative quality and service. Moreover, Community Florist — who provided their contact info on the original delivery — doesn’t answer this number or return calls. Bad service in my book. Caveat emptor!!!

I placed an order for flowers for my couins funeral service yesterday. Their website says «Same Day Delivery». They did not deliver the flowers yesterday like I had thought they would. I kept calling them and no one answered (even though their website states if you have any questions you can call them 24hrs. I called this morning and someone picked up the phone, I asked her why the flowers were not delivered yesterday. She put me on hold, picked up the phone and hung up on me. I kept trying to call back and kept getting a recording. This is and will be the last time I ever order from this place. If the flowers do not get delivered today I will submitting a complaint with the better business bureau and who ever else that can help. I will dispute the charges on my card as well. The only recommendation I will be making for this place will be do not give them your business as they can careless about the customer and find someone else that appreciates their customer.

I wanted to send flowers to my mother for Mother’s Day. Since I am originally from Irving, I thought it would be good to order from a local florist. I ordered the flowers on Friday and they still have not arrived. It’s TUESDAY!!! So much for a Mother’s Day surprise. Every time I call the shop it goes to voicemail and I finally spoke to someone last night about the situation. She assured me that the flowers would be delivered today before my mother was home from work and still nothing! The one time I actually try to plan ahead and do something nice it gets ruined.
