As I stood in front of a teller to make a routine deposit, she continued chatting with her co-​worker. They were not chatting about a work matter. They were chatting about their personal lives :-/​I stood there patiently waiting until one of them paused and decided I was important enough to assist.
This bank has an odd setup. There is no obvious line or waiting area, so you just have to stand in front of the teller area and wait for one of them to acknowledge you. I watched as another customer walked up to a teller who was not doing anything, only to be shooed away by the teller. I think the teller told him, «I’ll call you up in a moment.» But the fact is that said teller was not doing anything.
Customer service is such an important part of a business. I’m not sure why this branch doesn’t get that.

This location offers «personal bankers» for your convenience, but I’ve been sitting here waiting with 3 other people to have a simple check endorsed. This doesn’t feel very convenient.

I generally don’t think it’s necessary to write a review for a bank but I can’t believe what happened today. I was on my lunch hour running errands and stopped by Chase. I was in line waiting for 10 mins without a greeting or anything. I understand that banks get busy during lunch hour but there were 3 Chase workers standing around doing nothing plus there was a greeter at the front door that didn’t greet anyone. Honestly I was blown away by the lack of customer service. I would not recommend this Chase location.
