Love there food, and delivery service; however, getting them to answer the phone has been hit or miss the last few weeks.

I tried Bel Gustos for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. I tried their vegetarian burrito and it was very very good. I am sure I am going to be a regular soon!

Waited for pizza delivery for more than an hour and a half, called and no one picked up, after 5th call manager picked up saying its new owners and the old owners sucked and apologized saying they will be delivering in 5 mins! We waited 30 mins and no one showed!!! called back and no one answered

If you want GREATSERVICE and an even better pizza(that’s hard) then pick up the phone or visit now. It’s not out of the question to mix and match items from the menu. Did I say great service?

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever been to! The food was so bad I couldn’t even eat it!

The first time I ordered here(two weeks ago) I placed my order online, and was told it would be delivered around 12. At 12:20 still no pizza .I called to verify that they had received my order. I was told that they had received it and they were having computer trouble and it was not ready, but they wouldn’t be able to deliver it for at LEAST another HOUR.(why didn’t someone call me to let me know?) So i would get the pizza i originally ordered at 1:30, even though it had been ready since 12:30 so not only an extra hour but extra cold pizza was going to be delivered. I ended up going to pick it up and the pizza was actually really good. My work group was very happy(we are in crunch time for a huge project). As it would so happen we were in the same position again today. Huge project, not a lot of time left to complete it. So I thought i would give them a second chance to redeem themselves… I ordered online. AGAIN, but decided that this time i would call in 15 min to make sure they received our order, and everything would be on schedule. I called, and they had not received it. As it was already 11 I told him i would place the order over the phone. I ordered 518″ pizzas. so very close to $ 200 worth of pizza for my group. I was told it would be 1 hour and 45 min if I wanted delivery, and 1 hour if i were to pick it up… so once again I’ve decided to pick up instead of deliver.(they have ONE delivery guy… bless his heart I’m sure he’s running around like crazy trying to deliver cold pizza.) Well i wait my hour, this time i take my manager with me to pick up the pizzas as the company is paying for them and she knew everything that had happened previously. We stand in the lobby for a solid 10 min and listen to the MANAGER call back a CREDITCARDNUMBER, NAME, EXPIRATIONDATE, ANDTHECODEONTHEBACKOFTHECARDOUTLOUD!(so anyone could have easily written that information down no one should EVER give out/ask for credit card info ont he phone ever!!) When i told her my name for pick up she looked very confused, and called to the back to see if the pizzas were ready or if anyone REMEMBEREDTAKINGTHEORDER. ONE of my FIVE pizzas were ready. almost TWOHOURS. and only ONE pizza. so either way i was going to get at least one VERY cold pizza, and maybe a few hot ones? We walked out with a vague apology and excuse from the manager and NOPIZZA. My manager call the rest of my 15 – 20 person group to leave and try to get lunch in the café at our office before it closed. I am still shocked. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long long time. i STILL work part time in the food industry. And if i had EVER let one of my guest walk out like we did today I would have lost my job. And rightly so. The other woman in the lobby had waited an hour for two taco salads; she is far more patient than i am. if you are looking for pizza to go… GOELSEWHERE!!!

0 stars… It’s been over an hour, they are now closed and never delivered my pizza. I have no idea if they charged me, but I’m definitely starving. So disappointed.

I ordered online from GrubHub, the estimated delivery time was 1 hour. After placing the order I received a text stating that the delivery time has been updated to an hour and twenty minutes. Which was fine, the order was placed at 5:30 pm we could wait for dinner. The order was actually delivered 2 hours after the initial order was placed delivered at 7:30. My husband ordered a pizza, he really enjoyed the meal and said it was good. I orderd the chicken Alfredo, it was just ok. I ordered meat balls on the side, which were also just ok. To sum this up: I think we would order the pizza again, though I would order direct from Bel Gustos. I think the delivery time is a mix of ordering though Grub Hub and this order being place on a Saturday. The food was ok and we are going to try it again.

The front desk at my hotel in Dallas gave me a bunch of delivery menus, and I decided to give Bel’Gustos a shot. That was a mistake. What I ordered: Chicken Parmesan Sandwich(w/mushrooms), 1 Antipasto Salad(w/Italian Dressing, 120 oz Pepsi, 1 Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake. What I actually received: Chicken Parmesan Sandwich(no mushrooms), 1 Antipasto Salad(no dressing whatsoever), 1 half frozen Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake, and no drink. Everything was aggressively mediocre, and I obviously didn’t get what I ordered. This could have been partially averted if the woman on the phone had read my order back to me(they didn’t tally my drink), but that wouldn’t have accounted for the missing mushrooms and dressing, which they did charge me for but failed to actually deliver… thus, on at least two fronts, Bel’Gustos was incompetent. Never again.

Pizza: MEH, don’t bother. Chicken chimichanga: actually very delicious! We’ve ordered it several times now, and it’s always great and piping hot! It’s the only thing we get now from here.

When it comes to pizza I like it simple, no toppings and extra cheese. It was delicious! If you are looking for authentic New York Pizza they are the real deal.

As Harry would say«Holy Cow!!!» This pizza is out of this world. This place is about a 20 min drive but I do not think I will order pizza from any other location in Dallas. Wow thin crust or taco pizza it is all the bomb I can’t wait to try the Mexican food!

I ordered a 12″ cheese and mushroom pizza with thin Crust for delivery. It was delivered in a timely manner. The ingredients were fresh and the overall quality of the pizza was good. Great customer service. Joe the delivery guy(also daytime manager) took the time to suggest other popular menu items to try. He also made a point to tell me all of their food is made to order. I will definitely try other items on the menu.

While this place isn’t bad, it isn’t good either. I gave it a few tries but it didn’t seem worth it. The nachos didn’t have much cheese, the quesadillas had barely any chicken and cheese, the calzone was just not my style whatsoever. All in all, I won’t be back.

The delivery guy warned me. This is the best place around. And he was right! I ordered the chicken chimichanga and it was yummy. The chicken was seasoned well, black beans, cheese, wrapped a crispy fried tortilla. I will definitely order again.

This is a very small place. They do not have indoor seating but the pizzas are really good and they do have delivery and take out. Pizzas are usually ready in 20 minutes or less.

Went here today for the first time. It’s a hop, skip and a jump from the office. I’ve seen it several times in passing and was always curious because this place specializes in Mexican and Italian food. I thought it to be a bit odd. But, I got hungry and everywhere else was crowded in the area, so I stopped at this place. It’s carry out only, which is fine with me since I am always in a hurry to get back to the office. The customer service was EXCELLENT. 5 stars for that. There were two guys working and they were very friendly and very customer-focused. The prices are reasonable. I opted for the ground beef burrito. It as HUGE! The burrito was filled with all of the fixin’s inside. Cheese, tomatoes, rice, etc. It looked excellent. It wasn’t nasty, but wasn’t anything to write home about either. It was lacking authentic flavor, but it got the job done. They have a very extensive menu and I will be going back to try different dishes. They also cater and deliver for min $ 10 spend

This place is right by the job I have eaten here three time and tried something different each time and I liked it. The price is great. You order the food to go or delivery, there is not dine area when you walk through the door its just a register and a swing door to the kitchen. Cool people polite and great customer service. You can place your order online convenient easy and tasty!

Such a pleasant surprise! Bel Gustos offers up delicious Mexican as well as Italian food for a great price. Sure, there isnt any seating at Bel Gustos but it is the perfect spot to pick up food(they deliver too!) for a night where you want something yummy but don’t feel like cooking. My family orders from Bel Gustos a few times a month and every time we try something new we are never disappointed. The chimichanga is exceptionally good and rivals any sit-down Mexican spot in the area. The nachos are also delicious and HUGE! I can’t say enough good things about Bel Gusto’s, you will just have to try it out for yourself! I promise you wont be disappointed with anything you get. Keep in mind the portions are big so you will definitely have leftovers!

Monday has henceforth been renamed to LASAGNAday! Monday and Thursday Bel Gustos sets up in our building’s little lobby and sells some pre-made lunches. We can have personal pizzas, calzones, pasta or salad. The lasagna is amazing and super huge. I can eat an embarrassing amount of lasagna – just ask my dining companions. It’s the sauce. It’s thick and has hunks’o’stuff in it. Stuff like real vegetables and meat and tomatoes. I’m not just saying this, but it tastes like my mom’s tasted when I was little. I’ve also had the salads which were stuffed with goodies. The quality of ingredients was nice. Every bite had a piece of salami or an olive or something that makes eating lettuce worthwhile. Yesterday I branched out and tried the ziti with meatballs. I am a self-proclaimed meatball snob. These were pretty dang good. They were dense, not fluffy and full of fillers. They were meaty and well seasoned. Two things I hate are over use of fillers so the ball isn’t meaty and when it just tastes like ground round. I’m a fan. Keep bringing to to me and I will keep eating it. Next week I’m having the cheese calzone. I bet if I call ahead I can get a meatball on the side. And note, all the items I’ve purchased were two meals worth of food for about $ 7-$ 8. If you work near Canal Centre in Las Colinas you should come by and get some food from the little table in the lobby. And yes, he accepts credit cards!
