Would give NEGATIVE rating if possible. Have been sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Finally got to the window and the lady says she won’t cash my check because I have to go inside to do it… when I pointed out there’s no sign posted and how long I’ve been waiting she just repeated herself verbatim like I didn’t hear her the first time. Worst bank I’ve ever been to.

I spent 30 minutes in line on a Tuesday afternoon at 2pm. There were 10 people in line, and 2 tellers — though one of the tellers was also servicing the drive through line. Not once did any of the various associates walking around offer an apology for the long wait. Why weren’t they capable of teller duties? One of the teller’s computer crashed and had to restart while she was helping a customer. While I was waiting, I began noticing the overall condition of the lobby: there were visible nail holes, tape marks and scuffs on the paint in the teller area. There were scuffs marks on the doors. The labels on the CCTV camera display were peeling «do not touch.» There was a television in the lobby that might have provided a pleasant distraction during my wait, but it was turned off. I am a bit concerned how well my money is being managed when the physical site and customer service/​staffing is managed this poorly.

The district manager needs to figure out how to staff this place. One teller on a Saturday — regular occurrence. Expect to wait 20 – 30 minutes if you need to go into the branch on Saturday. I don’t understand how it is so hard to get staffing right when it’s very obvious that demand will be highest in Saturday when customers aren’t typically working.

Very poor and slow service, only one teller available. Always understaffed. On a busy day, there should at least be 2 – 3 tellers. On top of it, super slow like snails.

Super Loooong line at lunch time. Standing here with 15 other people and there are only two tellers servicing customers while two associates are just standing at the front desk greeting customers. It seems this location is very understaffed. Would not recommend coming anytime near noon.

This girl supervisor is very rude and no respect to customers very bad experience again.

Needed to replace ATM card. Only one personal banker during busy noon time. And said I needed appt or wait an hour to see if can fit me in. Staff Very Rude. Terrible customer service. Attitude was oh well. Will be switching my banking for sure.

Drove all the way here because the Unilocal page said they were open until 3pm today.
Got here and the hours on the door say 1pm.
What a waste of time & gas.

I’ve delt with a lot of banks in my day (having accounts at one point or other with Amegy Bank, Woodforest National Bank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America) and to be perfectly honest, this branch of Bank of America is one of the nicest I’ve ever been inside. I’m in this branch at least once a week (every Wednesday) and the staff there are incredibly polite. They’re willing to accomodate my every need and make sure that I get in and out as quickly as possible. No matter what I need (even getting over $ 2,000 in one-​dollar bills) they’ll take care of it. I’ve never had a bad experience at this branch. I very, very highly recommend it.
