I was referred to Yaz by my loan officer. I already went through two real estate agents and they still couldn’t get What I needed. Yaz was there Amen for that. We purchased a house in the inland Empire. He was great. Always on time even doing with LA traffic. He was very friendly to my daughter, which was good so I was able to look at the house. He was always available through email through text through phone which was also a really good thing. I would definitely recommend Yaz for all your real estate needs. He definitely deserves more than five stars.

I was relocated for my job at the end of September. I started looking online for some homes and reached out to a few realtors. Yaz responded back within 5 minutes. Out of the 5 realtors, Yaz was the only one to respond to me in REAL time. I thought this would be challenging since I lived 3000 miles away, but Yaz made my transition so seamless. He was there for me from start to even after the close of the home, providing me with helpful tips and connections in the area. I would highly recommend Yaz if you are searching for a home.

Yaz was a great realtor to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and made our home buying process really easy. This was my first home purchase, so I wasn’t very knowledgeable of the process and Yaz was great in guiding me through it and making sure I understood everything that was going on.
