This place is fantastic. Those with complaints do not understand how the business works. It is an auction house. You must register at the front desk. At that time you can ask questions. They have lots if high end furniture and décor including bronze and marble statues. Once you find an item you like, you put it up for auction. That’s it! No pressure to buy. You stop bidding when you reach your limit. If you want the best items anywhere go to the World of Décor. I have furnished my entire house from here and have saved thousands. Highly recommend!

The furniture here is of a mix of high end, unique and borderline to very tacky, but such a fun stop to browse, especially given the prices, most are in the $ 1000s though I do plan to return for their next auction to see how that goes. They really have everything here, furniture for all areas of the house as well as outdoors, things you will absolutely not find anywhere else. The style is very much old world, nothing clean and modern here, but that’s ok, plenty of stores for that kind of stuff everywhere else. We had a blast looking at the collection of things here and will be back for an auction of once we move and need some new things!

I was excited about this place at first. I sat through a full day auction and bought some artwork for my house at what seemed to be great prices. However, as with all great«deals» there really was no deal. I spent $ 450 on a painting somehow overlooking a strange smudge on the canvas. The other painting seemed like a steal for $ 200, but under bright lights in the house the quality of the work is very low. So my wonderful deals are now in the garage. There are no bargains in this world, idk how many times one needs to be taught this lesson. There’s deals to be had on a few items, but generally I think you’re better off just getting something of quality at retail. The auction bids up the items.

World of Décor is filled with weird furniture destined for cheesy themed restaurants or perhaps another world. We are a couple newlywed couple, looking for some simple furniture and décor pieces for our condo. We drove by this place, saw the sign for a furniture auction, and thought it would be neat to check it out. Inside, there were statues of animals, children frozen in gold, and furniture that looked like it came from the kings house! There was some type of auction going on, as we saw a stage with speakers, and a few people sitting down waiting for it to begin. Or end? We walked through the entire showroom but although there were people around, no one came to great us, or tell us how this store worked in terms of purchasing vs auction buying, and what items were being auctioned off. Even when we walked out, the receptionist didn’t say anything to us. I guess it was pretty obvious we did not belong in the store, and we not looking to purchase antique fountains. If you are into a clean modern style, don’t waste your time by coming here!

Wow! If they would at least try to give a care in the world on people visiting their showroom they would probably make some significant sales! I walked in two employees were talking they looked at me and continued not even a hi how are you. Walked further in and ran into another employee which didn’t even acknowledge me. About 15 mins in I had a guy come up to me and say hi. He asked if I was looking for something in particular. When I told him what I was looking for he just stared at me no expression(awkward)… he then stated that he was going to look online for what I was looking for which he did. When he found it did he didn’t come get me. oh no! That would have been to much work he yelled for me. I came in looked at several styles. The way he was talking to me it seemed if he was bothered that I was even talking to him. I was over it! I was ready to drop an easy $ 3,000 in this place but took my business elsewhere. I asked him for a business card he told me to pick it up on my way out on the wall. Lol. Now that’s customer service at its best! If you are paying what those price tags say on the items in that store you expect at least a hello or even interest in selling their merchandise..

Now this is a unique place to say the least. They have everything from a giant animal statues(Nemo, gorilla, pteradactyl, pandas, circus animals) to fancy chandeliers, antique beds, fountains, and all types of furniture grand enough for royalty. If you are into modern or contemporary you won’t find much here. Most of their furniture is old world real heavy furniture that is built to last. However some piece do have nicks and scratches. We ended up getting a few bar stools that had some wear and tear for a great price. Friendly service, and best of all no pressure. If you love treasure hunting come here. You never know what you may find!
