I never met such a insensitive doctor. Dr. Ngyuen really doesn’t care about her patient’s health but rather the money in your wallet. She often times recommends alternative and EXPENSIVE care in her practice that isn’t covered by your insurance and probably won’t help you. I HATE how she says thyroid. haha
bottum line, if you have the money maybe she will treat you better.

Office staff and nurse’s assistance: rude and could care less about the patient.
Doctors: keep you waiting forever in the room. Once I complained about the long wait, Dr. Gerich came back and gave me a banana… what the heck was that !! How about talking to your staff about problems with patient flow and over booking patients. Does banana contain Prozac so it would calm her down ?
This facility no longer bill your insurance. They want everything up front.
This office has not one nice staff. From the bottom to the top, everyone seems to hate their jobs. And not an over statement as she’s been going there for over 6 months and finally quit going because she had to pay up front for every single procedure as they won’t bill your insurance for you.
What a wacky way to run a medical office. Run it to the ground… girls.
