Their enchiladas plate is good. Red sauce. Cajun beans. White rice. Their white rice is fluffy and quite flavorful.

When I was an undergrad at UCI, I never really gravitated towards Wahoo’s whenever I was hungry. The 2 times that I did eat here, I had their pipelime bowl and enchiladas. Delicious, but I would have to say that the enchiladas were a bit overpriced. During lunch time, theres usually never a line here, compared to Wendy’s and Panda Express. So if you want to skip the long lunch lines, I would recommend trying this place out.

If you are from some place, maybe a different country, and you are used to eat rice and beans with some meat this is the right place to remember home. The burrito bowl it’s the perfect lunchtime meal: rice, beans, a protein(you can choose between carne asada, chicken, fish, etc) and have the option to add avocado slices(if you pay for it, of course). The only thing that I have to complain about is the fact that they charge you if you choose the brown rice, come on, is this really necessary?
