The Flame Broiler

Small portions, I ordered with brown rice and got white rice, not super friendly service either. I don’t know about other locations but stay away from this one. Not a good experience.

Love coming here while trying to eat clean. I get the chicken place and replace the fruit and salad with vegetables. The people are always nice here and the wait is never long for food unless you come during lunch time. The chicken taste great, the veggies sometimes taste dull, the rice is on point, and much more. I like the idea on their adoption of the bigger and spacier bowl. It definitely gives more space to mix the food compared to the old and smaller surface area bowl where you eat all the chicken and then discover there is a world of rice that you couldn’t get to before. Would recommend, macros also on point sometimes.

Great service and speed, perfect for when I’m trying to get lunch to go.

I love Flame Broiler, or most of them and have been eating at them for years. I’ve been going to this location multiple times per week since it opened and was very excited to have one so close to work. Unfortunately, it appears as though they have recently decided to increase the size of their bowls and decrease the size of their portions while also increasing their prices about $ 0.50 annually (this last part is in all locations that I’ve been to). I don’t mind a price increase every now and then, but if I pay $ 7 – 10 for a meal that used to be $ 6-​$ 9 after taxes I don’t want to be hungry in an hour with no leftovers. This isn’t gourmet, and it keeps getting more and more expensive. Whoever the genius that decided to increase the bowl size was only made things worse. You can’t fool me, Flame Broiler! I usually order the plates, but those have been getting skimpier so I decided that I may as well order a bowl today because I’d probably get the same amount of food. Oh, was I wrong. So wrong. I felt like I ordered a kid’s meal when they handed me my food! This is easily the most miserly location that I’ve ever gone to when it comes to their portioning. I eat so that I can have the mental capacity to work. I don’t pay this much so that I need to supplement my meal with an energy bar in an hour because I’m starving and in a meeting. That’s dumb when I can get a fairly large burrito literally right next door for around the same price. I hope they fix these poor business practices. I love Flame Broiler, but I think I’m going to take a long vacation from this location as I feel a bit used after paying so much for my air, rice, and (just tasted it) burned chicken bowl (listed by quantity provided).

Going to keep this short. Won’t come back. Service is not where it should be at.
I bought lunch here and my food was given to a random stranger… They called my number and everything and I was 1 of 4 other people in there. How could they not recognize me? Lol. Anyways. Went up and asked if they called my number and they seemed shocked. No idea what was going on. The guys in the kitchen were all upset because I was asking a simple question. As I was leaving they said, «sorry for the wait». Lol. You gave my food to the wrong person and I was asking what had happened to my order… Easiest job and these guys can’t do it.

Talk about stingy! What the heck is this? It looks like someone ate half my bowl seriously where is the meat?!

I’ve been here many times, as it’s conveniently close to work. Sadly, I’m thinking of going elsewhere. I really prefer white rice, and they always ask for my choice between white and brown. Sadly, on three consecutive occasions now, I’ve received the brown rice.
Not the end of the world, just a bit disappointing.

Just picked up a chicken veggie bowl today. The chicken was good but the rice was very dry and hard. The place is new and clean. I was the only one there and it took more than 5 minutes to get my food.

I have been to a couple of the locations, since moving to CA and this one by far takes the cake as far as I’m concerned. Well Owned and Managed Store, Clean and the food is always Hot fresh and delicious. Me and my co workers stop here 4 to 5 times a week and will continue.
The other Flame Broilers need to take notice of this location.

Delicious, fast and healthy! I came here at 12:30pm in the midst of the lunch rush and ordered a mini chicken bowl. The line actually went quite fast and ordered my food which came out promptly. The location inside is clean albeit smaller but you can find seats outside. Chicken tasted fresh with a charbroiled flavor. They have a new hot hot sauce that I will have to try next time but overall a pleasant experience despite the crowds!

I’ve been to this location a few times since it opened a month ago. The food is consistently good and the service is excellent! This is by far the cleanest Flame Broiler that I have been to and even the restrooms are clean.
The line moves quickly and the food wait is quicker than most lunch spots.
The owner came to my table and ensured everything tasted fine. He seems to have things in order and his employees do a good job.

Great food, great service, perfect for the budget! The owner even came to our table to see how we are doing. They also have some fountain Vitamin Water options that I really enjoy. Have been several times and will continue to go.

Even though busy we only had to wait a few minutes for our food. It was a clean place and the service was great. The owner even stopped by our table to see how we were doing! Quick, good and inexpensive food is awesome.

This is the best Flame Broiler I have ever been to. The food was amazing. Every bite of chicken was juicy and delicious. The location is clean with plenty of seating (both indoor and outside). I love it when the bathroom is clean. That tells me a lot about the management. The bathroom was spotless.
The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. I’ve been here several times since it opened last week. Even during the lunch rush, the line moves quickly.
I’m so excited that there’s a healthy lunch option near my office! I’ll definitely be back!

I visited this location the first day it opened and was impressed with the quick, friendly service.
The location is clean and bigger than most Flame Broilers and it’s easy to get to if you’re on a lunch break from work or coming in for dinner. Highly recommend it!

So excited that this place is open. Finally another option to eat somewhere for cheap and somewhat healthy.
Apparently this Flame Broiler just opened on ¹²⁄₅ and is running a grand opening special. Any bowl with a drink for $ 5.99. I went during lunch around 12:30 and there was a line out the door. Don’t be swayed by the line as it moved quickly. Owner was taking orders and expediting food ensuring that there wasn’t too long of a wait. Most places are usually working out issues at grand opening but this location was running like a well oiled machine. My only gripe is that they only had one register but upon discovering how quickly the food came out, wasn’t a big deal.
Pacifico Fish Company next door can take some lessons from how smoothly this Flame Broiler was being run.
